taking down centaur

anyone have any idea taking down centaur 1v1?
considering tht he has
BoT
Vanguard x2
HoT
blink dagger
blade mail

pls state the hero with items as well.thx

just activate black king bar when you go in so you dont get the return damage from blademail and watch the 900-1k crits fly

hmmm. Black King Bar does not make you immune from Return Damage and/or Blademail. if you are against centaur, get a ranged hero or intel one. melee hero can do the work but you will need some lifesteal.

Harbinger can do the work. Get him plenty of Aghanims and you'll do just fine. don't forget to get a Guinsoo (don't risk to let him escape your ult). Refresher is a nice option double ult is a kill assured. Centaur isn't smart at all (base on his Intel :P). Your ult will kill him hard.

Double ult should do around 5k damage (i think).

Plenty of heroes could take centaur one on one. I'm just too lazy to write down much more :P

i was pretty sure that return damage from blademail (not thorns) was magic damage, but who knows.

aye harbinger would be a very good option. centaurs skills are such as he has to be close to his target to deal damage, and although harby has low hp to start, his imprisonment will keep him safe.

enchantress would be another option: just go guinsoo, BoT, Buriza and you shold be good to go.

Centaur is the classic tank so what you need is an anti-tank hero, ie Necrolyte, Terrorblade (sunder the tank whenever you find yourself in low hp, no dagon pls)

Tiny can do

Brad has stun = tiny has avalanche
Brad has heavy damage using DE = Tiny can toss him
Brad has return = tiny has craggy
Brad has heavy strength = Tiny grows

tiny can beat him up, there's a thread about tiny vs. brad

and yes... when your using tiny try buying this items..
this items will help you to cover tiny's weak spots or just try the strats..

Items:

BoT(why not treads? nah this will help you on chasing him)
Arcane ring(so that you can use avalanche and Toss combo anytime)
AssaulT( you need attack speed.. tiny has low attackspeed)
Butterfly(Craggy + Evasion = GG and the extra attackspeed lol)
HoT(you really need this on tiny)
Guinsoo(disable and extra mana)

enigma can! just use midnight pulse and then use black hole= a lot of damage to centaur. imagine if brad has 3000+ hp and then 6% of it lost per second! that's rough. or dirge's heartstopper aura, 1% of life lost per second, although i don't know how can dirge beat him head on, his heartstopper aura is just helpful.

actually it's pretty easy to beat centaur... basically any int hero with enough disable spells and stuns can kill centaur. Lion for example if u have a guinsoo on him, dagon and necro and HoT for hp u might need it if u -bleep-: impale him then a few attacks, hex him then a few attacks, guinsoo him then a few attacks (meanwhile u have activated necro and they are attacking him too) then u can impale him again and so on and so on... don't forget finger at the end if u really need it. Don't worry at this lvl u have ehough mana... and he could have even 5000 hp he won't even touch you. Sniper dressed properly can get him easy, don't use ulti just nomal attack, if u have manta style he won't even get to you... playing much against him and trying strategyz will get u to chose the best 1 or at least the 1 u like keep playing practice makes perfect
