i just want to say his base damage seems terrible while other existing heroes have like 40-50 and torment, i want to know if that move works on the regen gained from items like HoT

torment seems a bit imba, e.g. you hav 600 hp (int hero) you cast torment, i assume you hav 300 hp for 12 secs? that is a very easy kill perhaps in a single nuke from an ally. Betrayal then sweetens the deal, becasue the 12 secs they r vunerable they can run bak to their tower. i mean c'mon. i've given it 4 stars for originality, but it needs sum nerfing to get the 5 stars
