Starting Hit Points (including str)- 511
Starting Mana Points (including int)- 182
Starting Armor- 4
Attack Range- Melee
Attack Speed- 1.42 (+26% IAS from starting agi)
Movespeed- 290
Attributes-
Primary Attribute- Agility
Strength- 19 (+2.0 per lvl)
Agility- 20 (+2.9 per lvl)
Mana- 14 (+ 1.6 per lvl)
SKILLS
Blood Walk
Discription- Silas uses the blood in the air to conceal himself. While he is invisible, he will gain the ability to focus in on his prey and tear their flesh to the point where the bleeding is unimaginable to the point where walking is painful.
Mana cost- 105 all lvls
Cooldown- 30 seconds all lvls
Effects do not stack.
Level 1- Lasts 20 seconds, the next attack will rip the enemy's flesh and cut their hit points by 5% of current hit points and slow their movespeed by 10%. The hit points and movespeed will return to normal after 7 seconds.
Level 2- Lasts 25 seconds, the next attack will rip the enemy's flesh and cut their hit points by 10% of current hit points and slow their movespeed by 15%. The hit points and movespeed will return to normal after 7 seconds.
Level 3- Lasts 30 seconds, the next attack will rip the enemy's flesh and cut their hit points by 15% of current hit points and slow their movespeed by 15%. The hit points and movespeed will return to normal after 7 seconds.
Level 4- Lasts 35 seconds, the next attack will rip the enemy's flesh and cut their hit points by 20% of current hit points and slow their movespeed by 20%. The hit points and movespeed will return to normal after 7 seconds.
Note- this is just a normal wind walk w/ a unique backstab
Animation- A wind walk.
Bloody Blades
Description- Silas uses his blades to make his enemy bleed. While his enemy bleeds, they will completely lose their will to live.
Mana cost- 125
Cooldown- 30 seconds
Max casting range- 400 units
Level 1- The enemy will bleed, causing for 30% of their base damage to be dealt to their hit points in spell damage when they attack, and they will lose their hp regen. Lasts 7 seconds.
Level 2- The enemy will bleed, causing for 40% of their base damage to be dealt to their hit points in spell damage when they attack, and they will lose their hp regen. Lasts 7 seconds.
Level 3- The enemy will bleed, causing for 50% of their base damage to be dealt to their hit points in spell damage when they attack, and they will lose their hp regen. Lasts 7 seconds.
Level 4- The enemy will bleed, causing for 60% of their base damage to be dealt to their hit points in spell damage when they attack, and they will lose their hp regen. Lasts 7 seconds.
Note- If they goes invis, the blood trail will continue.
Animation- The enemy this is used on will leave a trail of blood when they walk that extends 600 units behind them.
Will of the Blood Elf
Discription- The longer Silas sees his enemy fight, the more adept he becomes to their fighting style and their weeknesses. By doing so, he predicts their attacks and attacks their points of weakness.
Passive
AoE- 800
Level 1- For every second an enemy hero is in the presence of Silas, he gains 0.5% evasion and 1% damage bonus. Max of 5% evasion and 10% damage bonus.
Level 2- For every second an enemy hero is in the presence of Silas, he gains 0.5% evasion and 1% damage bonus. Max of 10% evasion and 20% damage bonus.
Level 3- For every second an enemy hero is in the presence of Silas, he gains 1% evasion and 2% damage bonus. Max of 15% evasion and 30% damage bonus.
Level 4- For every second an enemy hero is in the presence of Silas, he gains 1% evasion and 2% damage bonus. Max of 20% evasion and 40% damage bonus.
Note- It decreases 2x as fast as it is generated
Blood Elf's Rage
Description- Silas senses that his enemy is weak, and that gives him power beyond the capability of an assassin.
Targetable Active Buff
Mana cost- 150/200/250
Duration- 15 seconds all lvls
Cooldown- 80/75/70 seconds
You will NOT lose invisibility if you cast this in Blood Walk
Level 1- You will gain 1 damage for every 20 hitpoints you cause your enemy to lose during the duration.
Level 2- You will gain 1 damage for every 15 hitpoints you cause your enemy to lose during the duration.
Level 3- You will gain 1 damage for every 10 hitpoints you cause your enemy to lose during the duration.
Animation- not sure yet, post if you have an idea
Framework specifics- this is the main skill (hense ult ). all of the skills synergize w/ this, and this is the reason that Silas is a hero killer . Again, you will NOT lose Bloodwalk invis if you cast this while in it
Uses and Synergys-
This hero can be used as a hero killer, but nothing else except for maybe a slight support/back-up hero. He is meant to be a hero killer. The most useful build i could see would be a Bloodwalk/Will of the Blood Elf build because Bloodwalk allows for Will of the Blood elf to be used to its full potential. All skills have great synergy, and all contribute strongly to the ult.
Item Builds
Damage is not needed much, so this is the build i would think to see this hero having.
Powertreads- a given, needs the movespeed and attackspeed
Hands of Midas- because it will be harder to kill creeps in beginning, Silas will probably want HoM to help w/ attack speed and farming
Ring of Regeneration- If you dont want to get the orb of lifesteal, then this would probably be the best alternative to regen. Regen will be needed to allow full early game useage.
OR
Mask of Maddness- Lifesteal and Frenzy would be key for this hero
OR
Sange and Yasha- The Maim may be wanted over the Lifesteal orb (if you feel RoR is sufficient), and Silas could really use the str bonus for hp
OR
Stygian Desolater- Get rid of armor, get bonus damage, destroy all units=an extremely useful orb for Silas
Monkey King Bar- i think because of the attack speed and the chance to deal bonus damage would influence this choice over, say, buriza
Burize-do Kyanon- the crit would be awesome, but this hero already has alotta damage..... still a great choice though
Hyperstone- for that attack speed

Starting stats are too high.
Blood Walk:
Wow! I like this! Very unique concept. But you have to kill the hero before the skill duration ends.. Very nice
Bloody Blades:
Reminds me of rupture. Except it happens when you attack. Hahaha! Nice. I like this too.
Will of the Blood Elf:
Woot! I'm lovin' this hero more and more.

Less life for you + more damage for me = More life lost for you

The skill, yes. The model and icon are same as Invoker's.

Hmmm.. Dunno.

Yes.
7) Does the hero synergize with other heroes?
Yes.
8 ) Do the hero's skills synergize with himself?
Yes. High synergy.
9) Does the hero support several reasonable and effective build orders?
Hmmm.. Only mass damage. I think.
Great job Constantine!! I really like this hero. Very very nice.

Here's some more errors/overpowerness:
current Armor - 4 ( should be 2.8 )
current Attackrate - 1.42 s.c. (+26% IAS) ( should be +20% IAS )
