Posted: Mon Jun 18, 2007 6:17 amThe Fear is a member of the Cobra unit with spider-like supernatural speed and agility. His weapons-of-choice are two steel crossbows; the larger being the "William Tell," which fires powerful darts capable of severe damage. The second is the "Little Joe," which fires many darts in rapid succession and with the use of only one hand, albeit at the cost of damage inflicted to the target. The Fear occasionally coats his bolts in poison or lights them on fire. The Fear also utilizes an advanced stealth camouflage. The Fear was eagerly summoned by the Scourge, and now uses his abilites to assault the sentinel.

The First Skill: Burning Barrage
Using his small crossbow "Little Joe", The Fear lets loose a flurry of flaming arrows at random enemies. Each arrow that hits will burn the unit they hit.
Level 1: Fires four arrows. Each arrow does 40 inital damage to it's target, and burns then for 15 points per second.
Level 2: Fires six arrows. Each arrow does 50 inital damage to it's target, and burns then for 30 points per second.
Level 3: Fires eight arrows. Each arrow does 60 inital damage to it's target, and burns then for 45 points per second.
Level 4: Fires ten arrows. Each arrow does 70 inital damage to it's target, and burns then for 60 points per second.
The Arrows work like a single target spells, but can't be targeted at one unit unless they are alone. The burn lasts for 5 seconds.
The Burn effect will not stack.
Mana Cost: 115
Cooldown: 20
The Second Skill: Inhuman Agility.
The Fear is like no other man alive. His insane bodily structure allows him to move very fast and even dodge some attacks with great ease.
Level 1: The Fear gains 3% faster movement speed, 12% faster attack speed, and a 10% chance to dodge attacks.
Level 2: The Fear gains 5% faster movement speed, 15% faster attack speed, and a 12% chance to dodge attacks.
Level 3: The Fear gains 7% faster movement speed, 18% faster attack speed, and a 14% chance to dodge attacks.
Level 4: The Fear gains 9% faster movement speed, 21% faster attack speed, and a 16% chance to dodge attacks.
Passive
The Third Skill: Envenomed Bolt
The Fear sometimes coats his crossbow bolts in the venom of the Brazillian Wandering Spider. It is very toxic and slows down those aflicted and puts them in horrible pain.
Level 1: The bolt deals 50 inital damage. Slows enemies by 7% and deals 20 damage per second
Level 2: The bolt deals 70 inital damage. Slows enemies by 13% and deals 30 damage per second
Level 3: The bolt deals 90 inital damage. Slows enemies by 19% and deals 40 damage per second
Level 4: The bolt deals 110 inital damage. Slows enemies by 25% and deals 50 damage per second
Poison lasts for 7 seconds.
Mana Cost 120/130/140/150
Cooldown: 35
The Final Skill: Stealth Camouflage
The Fear employs a highly advanced stealth suit that renders him almost completely invisible. While wearing this, his skills gain a slight damage increase, but he cannot employ it for too long because of the massive strain it puts on his body.
Level 1: Stealth Camouflage increases Burning Barrage's inital damage by 10, Spider Agility gives him an extra 3% movement speed bonus, and gives Envenomed Bolt 1 extra second of poison damage. Drains 3% of his health for as long as he has it active.
Level 2: Stealth Camouflage increases Burning Barrage's inital damage by 20, Spider Agility gives him an extra 7% movement speed bonus, and gives Envenomed Bolt 2 extra second of poison damage. Drains 6% of his health for as long as he has it active.
Level 3: Stealth Camouflage increases Burning Barrage's inital damage by 30, Spider Agility gives him an extra 11% movement speed bonus, and gives Envenomed Bolt 3 extra second of poison damage. Drains 9% of his health for as long as he has it active.
If The Fear casts a spell while using Stealth Camouflage, he will lose his invisiblity for a moment and will have to wait 3 seconds before it reactivates. Health drain is also deactivated until he recloaks

Critic time!!!
1st skill - Skill like eclipse and triple shot??? If the enemy is alone and is hit by this skill, does it deal stronger damage?? Wish it does.....
2nd skill - Whoah did you say 27% IAS!! Too big....
3rd skill - Nice I think.... Mana cost??? Hope it's big coz if it isn't...... Imba Blash will be fired from the Imba Monster......
4th skill - OK I don't care if it drains life but if I put a mekansm, bloodsstone and 2 HoT on this hero, it's like it doesn't effect him anymore.....

Yea it does, but the health drain is canceled if you cast a spell just like his invis.
