Hero building problem

I'm building a new hero and whenever I type up everything for the 3rd skill I press next to go to the 4th, and then I press back to go the 3rd again I see that all my text has been erased. Also when i go back to previous pages to edit different information I type in the new information in and it doesn't save it when I go back to view the page. Any help is appreciated.
