How do you activate this command in a game "random hero's" and also how do you activate "random races"

Well.Random hero in apem:"-random" after 15th second..
Arem randomes all heroes..Random races dunno >.<

yes it should be.

just type -ar in the 1st 15 seconds of the game and then poof.
