Akasha vs. Atropos

is there any way Akasha could win over Atropos?

Yes there is. Try getting Linken's Sphere. Atropos' skills are hell mana eater. At early game status he cant do the Nightmare+Brainsap+Fiend's Grip combo because now at 6.36b when Atropos grips a target and loses all his mana the grip will be released. Use Linken Sphere to negate some of his spells. Akasha also has Blink, nothing to worry about escaping tactics.

Mana shortage is probably a problem for atropos.
Is farming a problem for Akasha,though?Especially when
the bane elemental is used with aggresion?

Mate, that's tough. You can win early game but Atropos is a tough meat at late game.
Linken's sphere always helps. Add a BKB to your item list. It will help.
Edit:
Farming is easy for Akasha since she has area spells [scream and wave]. You're both ranged heroes anyway.. And you have an advantage sice your range is higher.

Yes you can farm good eventhough the Atropos your playing with is aggressive. Spam Scream Of Pain. Dont max out Shadow Strike coz even lvl 1 of that skill can help a lot in chasing Atro when he's a bout to die.

well maybe i just played with someone who didn't think.
I brain sap everytime I get flawed. I put akasha to sleep whenever i feel like dying. BTW, during my game Akasha went for an ultimate orb and then turned it into Skadi.while i earned for a Soulbooster,a ginzu,and an aegis.

For the ridiculous blink escape tactic, try anticipating where the enemy will appear, quickly run into it, then use nightmare...ahhhhhhhh,is that going to work?

It would be better if you do
Nightmare -> Necro -> Grip -> Manage necro -> Brain Sap. If Akasha's still alive (probably not), dagon.
Ahehehe. Do that after she blinks in and casts scream.

It's a good thing guys here don't visit ds.com.

Hahaha. That combo is eactually very easy to counet *cough* mana burn *cough*.

But how about akasha, she doesn't have mana burn...hehehe.
Anyway here's my conclusion:it's a fair fight.
The best way to find out is to have 2 equally skilled players
go through 2 games using Akasha and Atropos. They must exchange heroes after the first game.
i think DotA is the new chess now, what do you think?

@SiegWahrheit: Hehe, your initial post sounded like you were asking for a way to beat Atropos using Akasha, then you turned it around by using Atropos! Was it Steve-O's sig?
