hmmm.. i think this needs updating, or if not closed.
with basher changed, and the magic immunity changed to stacking diminishingly since v6.48...

Thats goood as.

Hmm btw for Vanguard the chance stacks diminishingly but how about the damage block ? Does it stay at 40 i think it is, or does it double with two vanguards ?
