There is absolutely no such thing as Spiritbreaker's exploit. It all depends on the luck of the user or the unlucky of the victim.
@Shimrra_3 Your case is simply as what I described. Maybe you should try using SB sometime and you will know just how easy to hit GB and all you needa is a Power Thread.
If there's ever gonna be such exploit, WCG could have Ban SB Laughing

continously attack when the LAMP hit with a bash cancel attack then attack again if the 2nd attack is a GB.. it will continously cast GB all the time.

if your a frequent barathum user you could have observed this..

if the the first bash is not follow uped with a seconde bash it will work
