bane, beastmaster, possibly chen, omniknight, possibly bristleback, rooftellen, there are other but i cant think of anymore.

Why Rexxar?For just a 4 second stun?Magnus have AoE 4 second stun,why we don't make necromonicon then?

Bane, rhasta, furion, chen, sometimes aiustha, pudge, rexxar, etc. (nb: on some heroes that have ability to slow the enemy quite significant, necro can be used.).

its the best way to raise his dps in ganks. also gives him another nuke. this allows him to solo gank well. personally i dont think it is that good on chen .... too much micro gosh Bleh!

. EoS or Sheepstick are better opsions for him.

For me, the ultimate Necronomicon user is Bane....
He completely obliterates any one hero with almost no chance to do anything....
He has nightmare, then he gets his little necro friends to come chew on you while you are gripped....
Not pleasant I assure you.....

Have you guys seen Nerub Assassin use Necron? It completes his combo (more torture!!)
Mana burn and anti-wards(Level 3)

Bane Elemental - Greatest Necron user, if adept
Summoners - more pushing/killing in his/her fingers...

I don't know about tbe nukers though...

I think it's Vendetta, Attack, Summon, Impale, Whack with all three, Mana burn

I think. I only use it on Bane. I don't know about Nerub though
