Alekarn Rokk-Wen was born in a simple Northern Barbarian country to a famous ranger by the name of Karlesbad Rokk-Wen. He lived the simple life of a peasant, working the fields and raising livestock, but he yearned in vain for the debaucherous life his father had led. No sooner was he daydreaming of slaying a troll than he was slapped in the face by his destiny, which did indeed lie in the life of a warrior. Alek's life crumbled and distorted, and he soon left his home, at the tender age of sixteen, wandering the earth in search of an answer as to why he had to endure such suffering. He has travelled for half a decade, and has done battle with vicious bandits, snarling beasts and hellspawned demons, and has seen many awe-inspiring sights. Indeed, this lowly rogue is wise for his age. when he heard of the great battle between the scourge and the sentinel he wasted no time leaping into the fray to aid the sentinel any way he could.
Alekarn's Twin Blades (B)
Alekarn has had these twin Khellic blades since the day he set out on his adventures. He pretty much always uses these treasured family heirlooms, though never too fiercely; he prefers swift, small attacks, melding his trickery with the small size of the blades to fool his enemy, as well as using his own stealthy nature to trick enemies in battle.
Level 1 - 7% Chance to block a melee attack. 4% Chance to block a ranged attack. 15% chance for 1.5x damage.
Level 2 - 10% Chance to block a melee attack. 7% Chance to block a ranged attack. 15% chance for 1.5x damage.
Level 3 - 13% Chance to block a melee attack. 10% Chance to block a ranged attack. 15% chance for 1.5x damage.
Level 4 - 16% Chance to block a melee attack. 13% Chance to block a ranged attack. 15% chance for 1.5x damage.
Mana Cost: n/a
Cooldown: n/a
Framework: Spell shield effect when an attack is blocked.
Notes: Melee block. Ranged block. Critical hit. Pretty damn straight forward.
Longshot (M)
The rogue's only ranged weapon, this rather aged ranger's tool was originally a longbow. It was cleaved in half while Alek and his companions were defending a small town against a horde of raiders. Alek took the two halves of the bow, which he had kept after the battle, and had the entire weapon remade. The bowyer connected the two ends with a single strip of leather, wrapping it around the split area, then fastened them together with a few small bolts. Before long, it was completely refashioned and twined; Alek even took the liberty of hand carving series of weaving knotwork patterns into the surface of the shaft.
Level 1 - Alek fires an arrow at an enemy. When it hits, then enemy takes 120 damage and have their movement speed slowed by 5% for 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Alek fires an arrow at an enemy. When it hits, then enemy takes 170 damage and have their movement speed slowed by 9% for 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Alek fires an arrow at an enemy. When it hits, then enemy takes 220 damage and have their movement speed slowed by 13% for 5 seconds.
Level 4 - Alek fires an arrow at an enemy. When it hits, then enemy takes 270 damage and have their movement speed slowed by 17% for 5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 95/115/135/155
Cooldown: 13
Framework: Alex stops and fires a single arrow at an enemy.
Notes: This could easily let you pick up a kill or slow someone down for a chase.
Rogue's Stealth (R)
Stealth. A primary tool for a rogue regardless of his actions, and this was no different in Alekarn's case. With uncanny speed and silence combined with his wiry frame, he can easily hide from any opponent and strike them without making a single noise.
Level 1 - Alek becomes invisible for 5 seconds. If he breaks invisiblity by attacking, the target takes 75 extra damage.
Level 2 - Alek becomes invisible for 10 seconds. If he breaks invisiblity by attacking, the target takes 150 extra damage.
Level 3 - Alek becomes invisible for 15 seconds. If he breaks invisiblity by attacking, the target takes 225 extra damage.
Level 4 - Alek becomes invisible for 20 seconds. If he breaks invisiblity by attacking, the target takes 300 extra damage.
Mana Cost: 95/115/135/155
Cooldown: 20
Framework: Basic windwalk. Nothing to difficult.
Notes: Simple windwalk people. Enjoy.
Kkharj'nakat (K)
Kkharj'nakat. A faithful companion that Alekarn caught himself not long ago, this great beast is a great lizard of massive praportions. Kkharj'nakat, or Kkar'k for short, is more then big enough to devour a medium sized enemy, fast enough to get around the battlefield easily, and strong enough to make those who fight Alekarn regret it.
Level 1 - Kkharj'nakat has 1500HP, does 50-56 damage, and 360 MS. Can devour targeted enemy creeps to restore 5 hp per second for as long as it's being devoured. If Kkharj'nakat is killed, then Alek will be stunned for 2 seconds.
Level 2 - Kkharj'nakat has 2500HP, does 54-62 damage, 370 MS, has a 15% chance of maiming enemies with his bite. Can devour targeted enemy creeps to restore 9 hp per second for as long as it's being devoured. If Kkharj'nakat is killed, then Alek will be stunned for 2.5 seconds.
Level 3 - Kkharj'nakat has 3500HP, does 54-62 damage, 380 MS, has a 15% chance of maiming enemies with his bite. Has demolish.Demolish lets him deal 1.5 times damage to structures. Can devour targeted enemy creeps to restore 16 hp per second for as long as it's being devoured. If Kkharj'nakat is killed, then Alek will be stunned for 3 seconds.
Level 4 - n/a
Mana Cost: 100/125/150
Cooldown: 175
Framework: Alek stops in place and a horn is sounded. Then Kkharj'nakat is summoned.
Notes: Say hello to your meatshield/distraction. Kkharj'nakat will work great for both purposes and more. Use him well guys.

Discussion:
Skill Synergy
-------------------------------------------------------------
Longshot + Alekarn's Twin Blades
They're slowed and you are easily slicing them appart with a critical hit. Need I say more?
Rogue's stealth + Long shot
Sneak up behind them, attack and when they start running, hit them with an arrow. Simple as it gets.
Kkharj'nakat + Rogue's Stealth
Keep them busy with Kkarj and attack them from behind. Wheeee!
Kkharj'nakat + Longshot
While they attack the big beastie, you slow them with an arrow.
Hero Syenergy
-------------------------------------------------------------
Hmmm... I'd say stunners and tanks are your best allies. Stunners keep the enemy in place and tanks keep their attention off you. Healers are also good if you don't wanna resummon Kkharj all the time.
Worst Enemies
-------------------------------------------------------------
The worst enemies for you are the same as allies. Stunners and tanks. Nukers are gonna be the worst though. You have low health and they know it!
Item possiblities
-------------------------------------------------------------
A good build for Alekarn would be Power treads, twin bashers, Battle fury, butterfly, and the Assault Cuirass. This would give you very fast attack speed and plenty of damage. Another possible build would be Boots of Travel, Raidiance, mjollnir, a Vanguard, Divine Rapier, and Buriza-do Kyanon. Normally I advise against Divine Rapier, but it's all up to you.
My Final Thought
-------------------------------------------------------------This is yet another hero inspired by B.Net RPing. So far it has been good to me. What do you think? ( This character is copywited so don't go stealing him. =/) Now then, until my next hero idea, please. Take care of yourselves, and eachother.

Don't respond with Emoticons. That Makes Bard Man angry.

No more Imbalanced then Gondar's. Still, Bard Man might nerf it a little.
