When you use a rune - the bottle is automatically filled. The first time you use the bottle, the rune will be activated, then the bottle will become normal again fully filled. Oh yeah there's a time limit to the runes in the bottle, it should be written at the OP.

i dun still get this...
so..first rune(s???) come there at 2:00. just another spot or both?
and if u it like 3:00, will the next one be there 4:00 or 5:00??

ps: i red there post, but my english is quite bad, so i didnt get it...xD
