which hero must create cranium?

a hero creates cranium to bashing enemy,
but what type of hero is that?
is hero with high base attack speed,
or hero with item attack speed increaser?

well when i think of heroes for this i think niax pandadren brewmaster and magina super high ASPD +even better with IAS

pandaren doesn't have high attack speed. not advisable for pandaren. bashers are good for magina, slardar, rexxar, and maybe barathum. i still have to try it on bloodseeker and gondar.

melee heroes with unusually fast AS should get bashers. Ok for ranged heroes maybe, as long as they have the frenzy skill.

umm............. no hero's NEED a basher, it is just nice to have one. also... it is not locked yet.
