Another devout follower of Elune is Gyra. She devoted herself into Elune's will and power. Her mighty bow and her cunning speed can bring down the mightiest of heroes. Her devotion to Elune has granted Gyra the small portion of Elune's power. With this power, she uses it to aid and protect her allies, all for Elune's name.

Abilities:

Moonlight Arrow(R)
Launches a deadly arrow with great precision to a target location, damaging the first unit it encounters and slowing it. Slow depends on how far the unit is, ranging from 5% slow to 60% slow. Lasts 5 seconds.
LVL 1:Deals 120 damage
LVL 2:Deals 195 damage
LVL 3:Deals 255 damage
LVL 4:Deals 330 damage
Cooldown:15 seconds
Manacost:95/115/135/155
Framework:A glowing version of Elune's Arrow
Notes:Much like Mirana's Elune's arrow skill. But instead of stun, it slows.

Flash(F)
Gyra flashes in a blink of an eye. Teleports her to a target location. After .8 seconds, all units near her after blinking will be slowed. Lasts 4 seconds. The range she can reach increases per level.
LVL 1:450 range, slows by 5%
LVL 2:500 range, slows by 10%
LVL 3:550 range, slows by 15%
LVL 4:600 range, slows by 20%
Cooldown:9 seconds
Manacost:70/80/90/100
Framework:Blink art.
Notes:A great skill which synergises with her 1st skill.

Nightvision(PASSIVE)
When at night, Gyra increases her sight range.(Normal sight range at night is 80)
LVL 1:Adds 150 sight range at night
LVL 2:Adds 200 sight range at night
LVL 3:Adds 250 sight range at night
LVL 4:Adds 300 sight range at night
Cooldown:N/A
Manacost:N/A
Framework:Status icon appears on status bar.
Notes:May seem useless, but with her ulti combined, it becomes a useful tool.

Elune's Magic Bolt(E)
Gyra launches a bolt of Elune's energy on a target enemy unit, damaging it. Damage calculation is based on how far the unit is, ranging from 200-850 damage. If the bolt is chasing the target and then the target is out of Gyra's sight, the unit won't be damaged. Manacost and cooldown improves per level.
LVL 1:150 second cooldown, 375 mana
LVL 2:120 second cooldown, 330 mana
LVL 3:90 second cooldown, 280 mana
Cooldown:150/120/90
Manacost:375/330/280
Framework:Like Drow's Frost Arrows art, but bigger
Notes:For those of you who don't understand, here's how it goes.
If you targeted Sven for example, and you can still see him, he will be damaged depending on how far he is. If Sven goes out of your sight range(when he is on the Fog of War), he won't be damaged.

hmm,
1) buff, stun is far beta than a slow, and its manacost i believe is higher than elune's, maybe as a buff, give it precise dmg.
2) meh fine.
3)again seems ok
4) i would keep the ult how it is, but maybe give it bonus dmg at night (only if u take my next consideration of making it a aiming spell), like a ranged ns, as a pudge/mirana fan i would luv if u would make this another aiming spell without the fog of war no dmg part, but thats just me.
Overall nice synergized hero, who needs no nerfs, but maybe needs some buffs on sum spells. gj.
