so, adren will be the arbiter?

i got a suggestion, arbiter changes per round or 2. so all the work in recording what's happened isn't lifted by one person. that is, if:

1. the arbiter cant handle the job, due to lack of time or something; or
2. the arbiter is bored(which will be 75% of the cases, well, at least i think for me XD)

when will round 3 start?

nah, the calculator worked perfectly, its just that i also have 33.3333333333 percent on the other two moves...

i didnt make a shot coz it will have chances of a tie, which means another round, which means moar waiting time... my move only depends on you, on what shot youre going to make...
