i rarely see hand of midas,necronomicon,armlet of mordiggian and of course divine rapier unless the player is confident that it won't be dropped

least used item would have to be refresher.
only 3 heroes really benefit from it.
and now dagger of OMGWTFUSELESS has dropped significantly.

i dont know why people turn down the use of necronomicon as if you have 5 people with level 3 necronomicon you have 10 dudes running around prepared to dish out 600 damage to whoever kills it not to mention the aura and truesight.
