I think bloodstone and HoM.

I dont think dagon is rarely used.i was fighting a chen who haD a dagon the other day...Bloodstone only seen once on razor and in LAN when my friend built it with (umm forgotten who)...

just yesterday i was in a 5v5 as Mortred and a techies player on my team exclaimed "dagon game!!". after getting my bfury i decided to join in and got the teams 4th dagon. We ended up owning and the other team hated us.

on topic though i have to say bloodstone and hand of midas.

i started using hand of midas since they let it be casted on lvl 6s. It isn't the best but i have fun with it.

... if u guys ask me... i say hand of midas. practically useless... 2k can be put to better use, like hyperstone. transmute 1 creep will make a HUGE difference (riiiiight...) so here's the deal: hyperstone owns midas. end of story

midas is not useless... it's for long term usage... of course killing only one creep using it is not a diff... but can be re-used infinite times... u get 167 gold (i think) if u transmute a centaur khan... u multiply it by infinite times then come judge the items using your tiny little bit of knowledge.

on topic: i think every item is useful in a way or the other, but if least used would be AoM... rarely seen others using it... i only saw it once this week when i used it with centaur xD

The rarest thing I've seen used is a crow. After all, it costs a bit much for a flying courier now...

2 items, normal sentry wards, why would you buy a normal sentry ward when you could get an invisable one?

Necromancion and Blademail can be very usefull IMO but i agree hardly anybody ever uses them, which i think is a shame because when used right they can own. i believe observer wards are probably used the least in pub games.

WELL ILL TELL YOU.

A courier(doesnt matter if its crow or ground courier) with a BKB.

My friend had a crow with a BKB and a dagon, there was this centaur that was so tank(6k hp) and i was axe(4.2k hp), i worked so hard just to lower his hp and my friend comes with his huge as crow and ks's me with a dagon...i was so pissed afterwards.

but there u go. a courier with a BKB
