Eul's Scepter or Guinsoo's Scythe?

For you, what is the more greater item? I know most of you will answer Guinsoo, but it's more hard to catch heroes with this. Let's see:

Eul's Scepter of Divinity:
Total cost:2800 gold
Gives:
100% enhanced mana regen
+18 INT
Active:Cyclone
6 charges, 5.6 second duration, 600 cast range, 5 second cooldown
*This completely stops the hero in it's tracks, rendering it invunrable to attacks, but allowing you to catch him.
Pros:
-More cheaper
-Active spell has longer duration
-Fast spell cooldown
Cons:
-Charged
-Only a recipe for Guinsoo
-Early to mid item only
-Active spell turns hero invunrable

Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse
Total Cost:5175 gold
Gives:
150% enhanced mana regen
+25 INT
+35 damage
Active:Polymorph
No charges, 3.25 second duration, 15 second cooldown, 100 manacost
*This will turn the hero into a sheep and changes his movespeed to 150. The hero will still be able to walk but it is attackable. If the hero has movespeed increasers, it will apply. The hero still has a chance to escape.
Pros:
-mid to late game item
-Active spell has no charges
-low manacost
Cons:
-Shorter duration
-Bit pricey

hmm i wuld go for the hex..coz it gives a chance for ur team to gang a hero...but the cyclone is also handy but has only 6 charges.

I feel eul's is more for escaping while guinsoo is for attacking purposes.

Eul's is one of the items needed for guinsoo...

It has 6 charges,which is not much,while hex has unlimited.

For Rhasta both cyclone and hex are equally good to him.

Either will do, but it's more effective for a team to mass Cyclone Staffs than Sheepsticks. Why? The duration is longer. Just think: Will a tower last even 6 seconds? Plenty of time to push and escape lol.

Hex. Always useful. I'd use it so many times in a game its not funny (see hero-hex)

Cyclone IMO. Imagine great gangbang where is one hero who can do massive destrouction to enemy team. Earthshaker for example. Then someone cyclones him and team has good time to kill other heroes / flee. Or when you are chased by someone like Bloodseeker... I feel cyclone is more comfort one altough hex has more use lategame.

I don't get whats the point of this topic. You get eul early game and when u are out of charges u get sheepstick.
