oh my god i know! That slow is perfect cause u can easily time ur stuns, it gives u nasty intel and regen, and the slow for ur ult! This and guinsoo on leshrac is G f'in G

it's good with krobelus too, ulti + shiva, the ghosts get more hits on the heros.

And I don`t use it only for INT heroes.... do you kno hos crixalis works with this?? Amazing... Or Tidehunter, or Centaur... it`s really worth it

yeah, just played cm with it and at lvl 14 with jsut shivas and treads i raped a lvl 14 fuzzy wuzzy. it's SOOO helpful in massive crowded team battles like for the last tower when you need to clear creeps and slow opponents for the last push. Ridiculous.

It's like a massive thunder clap and it messes up enemy DPS. A counter to a Cuirass on the other team.
