Florentyna, the Gypsy Witch

Florentyna is one of the gypsy beauties that always catches your eye. no matter how much you try, her slim curvy figure always attracts attention. but she is practiced in the art of deception, and can turn the tables on you in a second.
as is the practice of her community, she tells the fortune of others, but she is believed to be able to have a lsight influence on it as well. her sly gaze itself if a trap. those who catch her eye seldom leave wit thier wallets and very often their lives.

skills:

Fortune - active

mana cost - 90/100/110/120, 30s cooldown.
If a target unit has good fortune, it gains 5% attack speed, 5% movespeed, and 15 HP per second. if it has bad fortune, it loses 5% attack speed, 5% movespeed, and 15 HP per second. can be cast on all units, lasts 15 seconds, 10 seconds on heroes.

level 1 - 50% chance of each on all units.
level 2 - 60% chance of bad for enemies, 40% of bad on allies, otherise good fortune.
level 3 - 70% chance of bad for enemies, 30% of bad on allies, otherise good fortune.
level 4 - 80% chance of bad for enemies, 20% of bad on allies, otherise good fortune.


Decieve - active

mana - 100/115/130/145, 30 s cooldown.
Robs a target friendly creep of the gold it carries, and that creep doesnt give gold when killed. a certain percentage of the gold robbed is distributed to your allies.
if the creep is denied, then the denier gains all the gold.

level 1 - 40% distributed to allies
level 2 - 50% distributed to allies
level 3 - 60% distributed to allies
level 4 - 70% distributed to allies


Seduction

active, can be turned on and off - does not drain mana.
activation mana cost - 25
takes less damage from male heroes, and takes extra damage from female heroes (traxex, aiusthia, rylai, krobelus, akasha, black arachnia, mortred, mercurial, lina inverse, slithice, luna moonfang, medusa and shendalzare silkwood)

level 1 - 9% less from male heroes, 10% additional from females
level 1 - 18% less from male heroes, 20% additional from females
level 1 - 27% less from male heroes, 30% additional from females
level 1 - 36% less from male heroes, 40% additional from females


Theft - active,

175/200/225 mana, cooldown 60s
With the deftness of the proffesional pickpocket, the gypsy reaches into the wallet of a target enemy hero and steals a percentage of its gold! takes 3 seconds to cast, and can only be cast at a melee range. channeling. if attacked while casting a theft, the hero takes 33% extra damage.
level 1 - 10% gold, subject to a maximum of 200
level 2 - 20% gold, subject to a maximum of 350
level 3 - 30% gold, subject to a maximum of 500

Question: What do you think is Morphling's gender?


I like fortune.. But it loses effectiveness late game.. Can you fix that?

hmmm, i think morphling is probably a male.... i mean, hes.. damn, ive always thought of him as a guy!
nothing to actually prove it though.
i think im gonna wait for nother 2 or 3 opinions on the current Fortune before changing it. do you think that fortune should be 100% good for allies and 100% bad for enemies at level 4? but then that'd make it too much like shadow word.
i'll think about that after a few more reviews.
p.s., do u think this gal's ready to hit DotA?

Then how about Jakiro and Obsidian Destroyer's gender? Decieve's cooldown is too long, and Theft channel 3 seconds and a melee range, very dangerous, u might get stun/disable or even get killed, i think u only got very less chance to use it, make it channel 1 or 2 seconds should be ok. Anyway, she is a great hero, just have to make some changes

I think...
Hero with fague gender (like animal, water elemental) deal normal damage [or make them male].

About ms, doesn't it to high for range hero? [if I exclude luna].

About fortune...
IMHO, at least it's 90% at lvl 4.

LOL! A gambler hero! This is great! Suppose this hero needs some models and icons. Theft is one good ultimate! Only that the channel time is 3 sec, you'll be very vulnerable. Suggest that the range is like 700 or 800 and channel time 3 secs, this is great. 9.9999/10. Hehe
