Siblings of Zarnazel, brother from the same father, the hell keeper. Scars intimidated under the shadow of his elder brother. Jealousy, hatred, and a deep hate that have been brood inside his mind. Scars was drowned in his ambitious to be the next hell keeper after his father. When his brother Zarnazel decided to join the Sentinel for his love. Scars waste nothing for this opportunity and quickly proved his worth to the Scourge. Now as one of Scourge Warlord, he swore to ended the living reign in the earth. Paving the way for the dead. Controlling fire as his native element, he able to summon fire from the under. Sometimes he just threw his foe to the hell, or either raised barricade of spike from hell to take the very last breath from his enemy.
Primary Attribute : Strength | Range : 125 | Movement Speed : 290
STR : 22 + 2.85 AGI : 15 + 1.6 INT : 16 + 2.0
Damage: 48-53 | HP: 544 | Mana: 185
HP Regen: 1.2 | Mana Regen: 0.85
Attack Speed: 0.8 | Armor: 2

Skills :
1. Flaming Field (F)
Summons a flame wave from hell under to damage units in an area. Also slows them for 6 seconds.
Level 1 : 100 damage, 16% Slow.
Level 2 : 160 damage, 24% Slow.
Level 3 : 220 damage, 32% Slow.
Level 4 : 280 damage, 40% Slow.
Manacost : 110/120/130/140
Cooldown : 15
Framework : Wide area of Leshrac's Pulse Nova animation. Slowed buff appear on damaged units.
Notes : This skills would damage trees also.
2. Death Exile (X)
Threw an enemy to hell in order to ruin their spirit and bravery. While under exile, the enemy cannot be attacked by physical damage or spell. HP and mana regeneration of exiled unit temporarily disabled during the exile.
Level 1 : Exiled for 2.5 seconds. 120 mana sucked. Lose 15% damage for 8 seconds.
Level 2 : Exiled for 3 seconds. 160 mana sucked. Lose 20% damage for 8 seconds.
Level 3 : Exiled for 2.5 seconds. 200 mana sucked. Lose 25% damage for 8 seconds.
Level 4 : Exiled for 4 seconds. 240 mana sucked. Lose 30% damage for 8 seconds.
Manacost : 120
Cooldown : 30
Framework : Basically this skill is another version of Astral Prison. So lets give it a red glowing astral effect, with a lil fire maybe.
Notes : Sucked mana doesn't dealt to damage. This skill deal no damage, but gave a negative buff.
3. Hell Warlord (W)
The darkest soul of Scars brought most negative buff to nearby enemies. Also allow each attack that dealt by Scars would burn the enemies for 3 seconds.
Level 1 : Nearby enemies gets 5% attack speed reducement. Scars attack deal 6 damage/seconds for 3 seconds.
Level 2 : Nearby enemies gets 10% attack speed reducement. Scars attack deal 8 damage/seconds for 3 seconds.
Level 3 : Nearby enemies gets 15% attack speed reducement. Scars attack deal 10 damage/seconds for 3 seconds.
Level 4 : Nearby enemies gets 20% attack speed reducement. Scars attack deal 12 damage/seconds for 3 seconds.
Manacost : N/A
Cooldown : Passive
Framework : Can't think of suitable aura for this. But enemies that affected by this aura would had a dark blue ring under them (like works on Cuirras framework).
4. End of Fate (E)
Scars raised barricade of spike from hell to damage unit in a line and stunned them. The unit at the end of the path get more damage and tossed to Scars. Casting range increased in each level.
Level 1 : 250 initial damage, 350 to unit at the end of the path. 2.25 seconds stun. 600 casting range.
Level 2 : 300 initial damage, 400 to unit at the end of the path. 2.75 seconds stun. 750 casting range.
Level 3 : 350 initial damage, 450 to unit at the end of the path. 3.25 seconds stun. 900 casting range
Manacost : 200/250/300
Cooldown : 120
Framework : Impale's framework with a lil spark of fire. The unit at the end of the path would be tossed to Scars' side and the stun effect would still be applied.
Notes : Basically it's a greater Impale. The unit at the end of the path also mean the targeted unit. This skill was able to be casted to the ground in case you're losing line of sight but you feel the enemy still close. If targeted to ground, the barricade would reach the maximum length as the casting range.

This is very good. The sole problem is Flaming Field: that slow is just far too big. Cut it in half. Please. And is that a targetable AOE or is it around yourself? (And what IS the AOE?!)

Well, it's not targetable, it's for area around you. (AOE is Area of Effects, right?) Basically it's similar to Thunder Clap. Do I still have to reduce the slow?

u still havn't specified the size of the aoe...for example dirge's aura is 1000aoe. Maybe make urs about that large?

Oh, it's essentially about 600-700 AOE, almost forgot about it. Yea all the skills seems similar, but I love to create a new buff about it.

As always it seems I've pictured this hero in action already...bugger...good concept, sick comboing, and my god...does anyone realize the possibilities with this guy? When I read this I pictured:
Mirana leaps away from scars, and pudge hooks her, only to have tiny try and toss her, throwing her to barathrum, only to have him greater bash her once, just in time for end of fate to launch her right back to scars who then screams "I SAID I GOT THIS!!!"
Ah the joy...ah the ecstacy...ah the nachos...

Yea. This hero somehow a battling str hero. Nice nuke and probably has the most simple skills. Synergies are good because you still have Flaming Field in case your enemy doesn't died after you did the "End of Fate"

the attack speed and HP regen for starting level is pretty high don't cha think?? he doesn't even have high strength, nor does he have high agility to start with.
first skill, AOE is too BIG for a 40% 6 secs slow. no one can escape that.
second skill, do u mean, that like astral imprisonment, the target can't be seen? nor can it attack?? or after 4 seconds, the target reappears with minus 240 mana, and minus 30% damage for 8 seconds? well its sounds balance. although i don't see a STR hero with this skill, better for INTs
third skill, attack speed degen, ok, bonus damage, is ok since it just a tiny bit.
ultimate, this is ok, just increase the mana cost to 400 or higher. i mean, look at the casting range, it would swallow everything within 900. you could stun far opponents. so i suggest up the mana cost.

thats quite a pwnage of astral prison it drains 120 mana at lvl 1???? rapes all heroes.

Ulti is too powerful.. why not change it... 600 damage + 2 seconds stun... but not bad hero idea...
