Will Rapid slash dispell if you move?
Are you gonna chase the hero you are slashing if he/she moves?

actually u are immobalized during the process but u can use ablities, this makes the hero less imba since theres already chained crush to support the 1st

@aboardboy
made it 500% ias and 4 seconds since in 200 aoe the longer the duration the more the chance the opponent can escape snce 20 seconds and 350% ias gives the opponent less damage since the opponent can escape , note that u cant move while using rapid slash but can still use abilities
