Orbs don't stack. They prioritize.

@MIKITHEKING: All orb effects say "orb effect" in red letters... I think the ones with orbs are sandking, Luna(more or less the same), Hmm... Cant think of any others right now... Do these effects work with medusas scatter shot?

No. Lifesteal doesn't stack. Item priority takes place.

Take note that Vladmir's Offering is an AURA, not an ORB effect.

Mr or Mrs(sorry not sure if a chic or a dude)=) Yukino Silvermaine, how about the weavers' germinate attack if in case the nerubian has a skadi and the germinate triggers does the frost damage take place...??

the item orb effect database shows how the chain lightning orb effect stacks or doesn't stack with other orbs, what I am wondering about is mjollnir, there seems to be some distinction between its chainlightning and maelstroms and I am wondering how it interacts with other orb effects like maim and life steal.
Since I had heard mjollnir lightning wasn't orb I thought it would act normally even in the presence of another orb. if not please correct me. IF so will will there be any issue with orb effects if I already have one then build mjollnir, since I have maelstrom at some point and that will cause orb mess ups.
or do all conflicts disappear once maelstrom changes to mjollnir

Well.. To point something out, Chain Lightning from Maelstrom and Mjollnir are orb effects.

I hope this isnt a noob question, but can orbs be used simultaneously with the lifesteal from vladimir's offering since VO's lifesteal is an aura, not an orb?
