Livia The Magical Dancer
( Sentinel Hero )

Story : Livia was a young child dreamed to be a dancer. When the war has begun, the sentinel need a supporter hero. Livia was chosen to be a dancer that support people. After her dream was come true, she promise to help the sentinel win the battle by using her magic. Not only supporting, but she can also damage people with magic.

AGI : 18+1.8
INT(P) : 22+2.5
Range : 550
Movespeed : 290
HP : 454
MP : 286
Dmg : 41-49
HP regen : 0.79
MP regen : 0.85
Attack speed : 1.40

Skills :

Life Protection (T) - active

Livia give allies some magic to heal them. Also, give some armor, and extra damage for 20 seconds.

Level 1 - Heal 75 HP. Give 1 armor and 5 extra damage
Level 2 - Heal 150 HP. Give 2 armor and 10 extra damage
Level 3 - Heal 225 HP. Give 3 armor and 15 extra damage
Level 4 - Heal 300 HP. Give 4 armor and 20 extra damage

Cooldown : 25
Mana Cost : 75/115/135/175

Magic Dance (E) - active

Livia dance a magical dance to damage and slows all enemy in 200 AoE.

Level 1 - 75 Dmg, 10% slow
Level 2 - 150 Dmg, 20% slow
Level 3 - 225 Dmg, 30% slow
Level 4 - 300 Dmg, 40% slow

Cooldown : 12
Mana Cost : 75/100/125/150

Magical Sense (G) - passive

Livia's dancing techniques give her and her allies a chance to evading a damage. 400 AoE. Stack with evasion.

Level 1 - 5% chance
Level 2 - 10% chance
Level 3 - 15% chance
Level 4 - 20% chance

Cooldown : none
Mana Cost : none

Power of the Dancer (R) - active

Damage one enemy and healing allies in 400 AoE.
Level 1 - 300 Dmg to enemy, healing allies for 100 HP
Level 2 - 400 Dmg to enemy, healing allies for 200 HP
Level 3 - 500 Dmg to enemy, healing allies for 300 HP
Level 4 ( with aghanim scepter ) - 600 Dmg to enemy, healing allies for 400 HP

Cooldown : 120/100/80/80
Mana cost : 300/325/350/350

manacost of 1st skill is to low try to increase it to 170 at last level since its a are healing

Analyzing....
1. Armor for this hero is at least 2, since she has 18 agility.
2. 1st skill must have increasing mana cost, like 75/115/135/175
3. 3rd skill, could it stack with evasion? Or it should give enemies miss chance.

Aside from my analyzing, you could get images and icons for your hero.
For now, null vote.

Magic dance manacost is too cheap. Make level 4 manacost at least 150.

Er... If I'm not wrong, aghanim makes it's improved ultimate spell to have 60sec cooldown. Overall, thats good enough. Sorry, can't vote from mobile version.
