Blink is a must then Refresher.. gg (triple kill) if 5 heroes pushing mid.. Be sure your mana is enough..

I see some builds here which are more suited to DPS heroes - that's just so wrong on ES. Unfortunately, as an initiator, your role is is do just that... initiate. From there it's up to the rest of your team to kill, and for you to assist them and hopefully not get killed yourself. It is possible that you'll end up dying more often than you'd like, and you're not necessarily supposed to be able to kill solo. There's no rule in DotA that says you should be able to solo kill any hero with any other hero - so don't expect to.

Build I usually go for:
BoT
Arcane Ring
Kelen's Dagger
Guinsoo
HoT x2

That's just what I'll aim for, but with the quicker games in 6.57 it's over too soon to complete that.

Usually in this order:
Eul's/Arcane (depends on whoose getting arcane on the team)
boots
dagger
Persevance
Boots of travel
Vitality booster (later upgraded to HoT)
Refresher orb (If the game continues this far)
HoT (If the game continues this far)
Last items depends on the situation, but could be Guinso's or Shivas.

you can get arcane early on but if you rush the void stone for battle fury you should be okay but you wont be spamming ur ass off

DPS ES works, however you have to get all of the items or it does nothing.

My personal build is Treads Guinsoo Blink Heart [Insert Optional Items].

i have 2 ES builds Battle ES and Caster ES. on battle es i go blink dagger, Battlefury, vlads, treads or travels, armlet or HoT, and AC (optional) Caster i start with bottle (sell later) i get arcane (lots of fissure), treads(on int or str), kelens, shivas, refresher, euls or guinsoo.

Why vlads? If you are going to get some life steal...why vlads? its not like you have another orb.
