REMEMBER: Eye of skadi allways slows but Sange&yasha sometimes slows sometimes not

Depends on what hero your using I mean if your using a hero who needs attack speed and movemtn speed and has no stun for example roofy then Sange&Yasha but if you have a hero who needs alittle more of everything then it would have to be eye of skadi for a hero like ....example TERROR Blade. Skadi makes him a tank. but if you got Sange&Yasha he would only be a good 1v1

Sange and yasha's maim slows alot for a long time. And its far cheaper.

I now like it better because, if you are a hero that uses SnY but it leaves you short on mana, you can get treads and toggle it to your intelligence.

The stats boost aren't as great as Skadi, but Skadi is just too expensive in most situations.

Most ranged heroes require eye of skadi.
Melee heroes most times need S&Y.
Use eye of skadi if you got an int hero or a hero with not much attack speed.

Use S&Y with heroes that hit very fast.

EoS is good for weaker, heros, generally int or glass cannons...

As with all items, some are better suited to specific heroes, even when their effect is very similar...
Now, what makes these items unique, is that Sange & Yasha is the only item besides normal boots that gives you increased movespeed (yes, I know, MoM too, but try putting MoM on against more than 1 DPS hero... or nuker hero... or ANY hero that's not alone, plus, it's activated...) It also gives you some added bonuses to other stats, mainly useful for DPS heroes, or chasers... (a little life, and damage stand out)
Skadi is well... The frost attack... Really good, plus, like Sange & Yasha, gives out some bonuses to stats, but in this case, they're really noticeable...
Any hero can reasonably save up for both of them, but some get better bonuses from one... For example, Barathrum gets really pumped up with a SnY, but the bonuses he gets from a Skadi aren't good in comparison...
Likewise, if you put SnY on...well... say, Akasha... It's going to be dissapointing...
It depends on the hero's role, if he is a DPS based chaser, then get SnY, otherwise (tank, ranged battlemage, Terrorblade, XD etc.), get Skadi...

hmm...i dont use skadi much on terrorblade because i prefer Manta Style...

and even if you get the range skadi on terrorblade when he is in melee form the skadi doesnt slow...

so although the range skadi can stack with feedback (im not sure i havent checked the orb effect table yet for that...) when im in range form i have to drop skadi and pick it up to make it range and for it to work...and it still wont stack with feedback...so i dont like skadi for terrorblade much...(having 4-5 illusions attacking will easy ruin anyone's mana...not even harbinger could fix that one up...i found a perfect counter for my favorite hero....)

i prefer S&Y because it is cheaper, and the MS KIND of makes up for the slow...you get ms to chase them instead of slowing them..an thne as a bonus..you can still slow them with the maim...10% isnt that bad if you can atk fast....e.g. Balanar, Banehallow, Slardar, (notice these are also heroes capable of reaching 522 ms with s&y and with good aspd make awesome permabashers...)

so skadi is for heroes with low hp,armor, aspd and stuff like that

S&Y is for the hero killers that normally move slow and need MS from abilities and items and such..

SKADI!

SKadi is for good farmers, while S&Y is for poor farmer, lol

no really skadi is much better than S&Y for me becuase, most units will benefit from this like int heroes.

S&y is good for chasers like baratrum,gondar, razor(i use skadi for razor)

it really depends if ur hero is being harrased early SNY is a good item... if u framed like hell then EOS would be good

I prefer SnY for really high aspd hero so maim will be likely to trigger (traxex, gondar, jahrakal, clinkz, etc) or to hero chaser (balanar, strygwyr, barathrum, etc).
Skadi for hero with so-so aspd and no disabler skill.

it really depends on who you are using. For example if you like Barathrum or Night Stalker, SNY is much better then EoS. How ever if you were some mage or like Sniper, then Eos is better

I would say Skadi is a better item, it is cheeper, but it gives alot to all stats, so if you have a hero that needs attack speed, life, mana. then its good
