Umm, don't really sure but I think it won't because rupture damage only triggered by movement, while nether swap is more like a blink.

and not movement

only works if swap moves target within 1000/500/333.3 distance for level 1/2/3 rupture.

Well if u blink u do take damage from rupture, so i guess if swap works as a blink(as stated above), u do take damage

ya, blinks dont work. only movement. i dont think TimeWalk would work either. but what about Pudges hook?

Caspian provided the answer.

Rupture is desigend to check distance traveled/time, then calculate that into damage. However, by blink and teleport, someone traveles a very large distance in a small time. Luckily, rupture takes that into consideration, and is modified to not cahnge that into damage. In other words, there is a distance/time limit, above which rupture does not provide damage.

Rupture + swap works.. When you're being ruptured, you wont notice it until you take a step or few steps.. also when you've been swapped while walking, you can't easily control your hero for like 2 or 3 sec until you press F1 or 1 twice then halt your hero.. thus, it gives rupture effective damage plus the tendency is for you to walk after the swap because they are two, if you hold your position they will surely kill you.

Doesn't mirana get the "invulnerable" status during leap? so i would think 0 dmg from rupture unless they changed the leap
