is there a rule that you don't use Vanguard or HoD?

I don't understand my People also
but I understand them alot

You can do everything in Dota right except cheating... right?

vanguard and HoD are regen and spell reduction item so that is not a good rule to have that

have you ever imagine laning with zeus or leshrac without any HOD on a 1 on 1 at lvl 11??.... nukers will totally own if theres such a rule....

lol...the only thing that is forbidden in dota is...backdoor, but only AND only if teleport is abused( furion teleport, boots of travel, etc...), if not then backdoor is perfectly legal...and if those items are forbidden, then why would anyone make those?

There's a rule like that in -pm

"Pustahan Mode"

Whenever there's a "Pustahan" in most shop, Vanguard and HoD is forbidden.

I think filipino players have a lot of "rules". No powerups, no backdoor, no more than 2 WW heroes/team, and now no HoD/Vanguard.
