There was once a boy who lived in the forests of the south-east islands and learned the ways of the hunters in that islands. He mastered the art of using their very own weapons - the yoyo. He survived the wilds by hunting for foods with his quick speed and strengthened skills with his yoyo.
Entangle yoyo (E)
Trips and entangles target enemy unit with his yoyo, rendering target unit unable to move
Level 1 - Lasts 2 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 3 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 4 - Lasts 5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 75/85/95/115
Cooldown: 15
Around-the-World
Jenkin uses the around-the-world trick with his yoyo. Gives a 20% chance to deal bonus damage to nearby enemies. (200 AoE)
Level 1 - Deals 90 damage
Level 2 - Deals 110 damage
Level 3 - Deals 125 damage
Level 4 - Deals 160 damage
Mana Cost: n/a
Cooldown: n/a
Stretch
Jenkin stretches his yoyo more, peircing the unit's armor and dealing additional peircing damage, lowers its armor and leaving the unit bleeding for 15 seconds.
Level 1 - 50 bonus damage, 10 bleeding damage, -1 armor
Level 2 - 70 bonus damage, 15 bleeding damage, -1 armor
Level 3 - 90 bonus damage, 20 bleeding damage, -2 armor
Level 4 - 100 bonus damage, 25 bleeding damage, -3 armor
Mana Cost: 100/ 115/ 130/ 160
Cooldown: 25
Two-Handed Yoyo (T)
With his yoyo mastery, Jenkin uses two yoyo at a time thus doubling his attack speed and adding a chance to stun the enemy. Lasts 30 seconds.
Level 1 - 10% chance to stun
Level 2 - 17% chance to stun
Level 3 - 25% chance to stun
Mana Cost: 175/200/250
Cooldown: 45

edit:
-this hero is intended to be a str type just like naix and it was for some diversity.. notice the attack speed and the agi+ rate per lvl?
-icons are from www.wc3sear.ch/
-yoyos were used to stun their preys..
-stretch is an active skill
-around the world is nerfed

hmmmm, nice concept, nidoking, but then i think he should be an AGI hero since hes ranged.
i think the around the world trick is way too pwerful. i think the damage ought to be nerfed, or the chances should be less. otherwise, its like his very own MKB! or its even better than an MKB, its battle fury and MKB combined.
and i think the armour loss in stretch should also be chucked. or the 4th level deals 100 +(25*15) = 475 damage! comined with -3 armour for 15 seconds... too much
sorry if i was too critical there, but i think your icons are great. specally the ultimate. where do you get these icons, if i can ask?

Stretch trigger chance?
I like this. A yoyo hero. Hahaha!
Lacks active combat skills but it's cool.
Agree at Vipul that this should be an agi type hero.

hmm.. dunno but this is how it really goes.. a str type range hero.. try reading the edit part on the primary post..
need to hear if i need to change some of its skills or whatever..

You could buff Around the world.. Make it like Levi's anchor smash. Increase the damage or the chance..

Loop the Loop
Gives Jenkin chance to get additional damage for each consecutive attack.
LVL1 7% Chance, next hit will deal an additional 10% damage than the previous, lasts 2 hits
LVL2 10% Chance, next hit will deal an additional 15% damage than the previous, lasts 3 hits
LVL3 13% Chance, next hit will deal an additional 20% damage than the previous, lasts 4 hits
LVL4 16% Chance, next hit will deal an additional 25% damage than the previous, lasts 5 hits

so if i have lvl 4 LTL, i'll have 16% chance that my next 5 hits will deal an additional 25% damage?
it's good but i think that's way too much don't you think?

Nope..
Let's say your first hit deals 100 damage. The next will deal 1.25 times that, which is 125. The third will deal 125 x 1.25.. And so on. It's like Wrath of Nature was added in your attacks.
Also.. It won't retrigger when active.
Hmm..
Maybe nerf the damage increase to 7%/9%/11%/13%..

very special. yoyo hero dude. but the ulti last too long 30 seconds!! why don't you try reduce to 20sec and add some movement speed. tht would be nice
