Rylai's Brilliance Aura

Yesterday, i've have played against Rylai, and noticed that ALL necromance creeps of the other team was with Brilliance Aura lv 2, all around the map ( She was at the scourge team, i've noticed this when she was lv 14, trying to avoid possible traps from her and Sand King ) Ill play today after the work, and be sure of it, because ppl don't like to play often with Rylai, just in AR modes, or when ppl use -random Bleh!

Rylais brillaince aura was updated to be global. So it affects all heros and creeps on the map.
