OMG, I found a dota glitch, does this mean dota update?

Death Prophet ms is 280 recently right? Well anyways, while playing dota I type ms without boots on and it was 291, with boots on ints 343 or something and with boots of travel it was 300 something but it was an even number. Any thoughts?

Yeah it's like her witchcraft skill add her ms based on percentage. When use her with witchcraft lv4 and boots of travel, her ms become 399.I thought this skill add 5 ms per lvl at first, but it's not.

LOL it's not a glitch dude.
To put it simply her passive skill increases her ms.

Witchcraft adds Krob's ms by +- 7.8% with or without boots....
