As the battle between the Sentinel and the scourge raged, many tried to be creative and make new heroes for the battlefield from scratch. Most of these creations failed for both sides, but the Scourge managed to get lucky with Bill. He was a new breed of monster whos body was inspired by the armor plating of Dwarven Tanks. Though slow when marching on the surface, the living tank is very fast when underground. Though the necromancers who birthed this sin against nature were unsure of sending him into combat, the Lich King needed a new warrior to take up arms against the Sentinel. Let us see just how long he lasts...
First Skill: Armored Shell
One of many things bill is blessed with is an outer shel that outmatches stell in terms of durability. With this shell covering his entire body, few can hurt him.
(1) Reduces Damage taken by 19%
(2) Reduces Damage taken by 25%
(3) Reduces Damage taken by 32%
(4) Reduces Damage taken by 40%
Passive
Second Skill: Tunnel Strike
While underground, Bill can leap from the dirt and take an enemy by surprise.
(1) Deals 135 damage and stuns for 0.6 seconds.
(2) Deals 160 damage and stuns for 0.9 seconds.
(3) Deals 200 damage and stuns for 1.3 seconds.
(4) Deals 255 damage and stuns for 1.8 seconds.
Mana Cost: 140
Cooldown: 15
Note: Can only be used when burrowed.
Note: Using it brings Bill to the surface
Note: Knocks target back a distance of 300
Third Skill: Ground Collapse
While underground, Bill can compramise the strength of the earth in certainn places, making it collapse when something walks over it. When one falls into such a pit, armor becomes thier greatest annoyance.
(1) Traps a unit for 1.5 seconds and deals damage equal to the unit's armor. Cap of 5 pits.
(2) Traps a unit for 2.0 seconds and deals damage equal to twice the unit's armor. Cap of 6 pits.
(3) Traps a unit for 2.5 seconds and deals damage equal to three times the unit's armor. Cap of 7 pits.
(4) Traps a unit for 3.0 seconds and deals damage equal to four times the unit's armor. Cap of 8 pits.
Mana Cost: 210
Cooldown: 40
Note: Can only be cast when burrowed.
Note: Allies can trigger these.
Note: Casting time 3 seconds.
Final Skill: Burrow
As his title emplies, Bill has an great skill for tunneling underground. When underground, he cannot attack, but his speed is increased by great ammounts. It also gives him the ability to hide and sense foes around him with a skill his creators call 'Tremorsense'.
(1) Increases Movement speed by 14% Increases sight raidius by 200.
(2) Increases Movement speed by 18% Increases sight raidius by 300.
(3) Increases Movement speed by 23% Increases sight raidius by 400.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 20
Note: Cannot attack while burrowed.
Note: 3 second Casting Time.
Note: Tremorsense reveals invisible units, but only while underground.

Bard Man decided to make a hero who revolves around his ult. Hope you enjoy him. He seems pretty deadly and kinda balanced.

3.4 str wow relax dude!Cut some and add some agi.His ulty is a perfect escape skill.
I guess first skill is for survivability,40% is too much.
Well i like the others cause they are fully associated with his ulty.Ah when the unit is trapped can i attack it?

@XHellspawNX: This is another one of Bard Man's DnD beasties. its proper name is the 'Bulette'. Now, regarding your questions...
First, yes his first skill is for survivability. With it, nothin gonna touch you, but look at his stats and tell me his low move speed don't balance it out just a little.
Regarding Ground Collapse, yes, you can attack units that are trapped, but only if you happen to be ranged,. Yes, it is just like Sprout, but you can screw up with skill and sabotage your whole team if you don't put those holes in the right place.
As for Burrow, Tremorsense and the movement speed increase are only there as long as you stay underground. The second Bill surfaces, he loses these and becomes slow as **** again, but you can attack units again. as for your guess as to how fast he can get? Look at his base movement speed. If you think you can get him to 522, then by all means, try it.
Also, when did Bard Man triple post? Oh well, if Bard Man did, then it was because last night his comp was acting screwy and wasn't letting him post this hero. Anywho, buh bye.

If he burrow and don't has mana to do tunnel strike, he need his mana back to 140! Owww... forever underground.

if it only hits one unit, up the damage to about 300
if it hits multiple units, up the damage anyway.
Ground Collapse) stun is big, damage is potentially mediocre badly placed traps might hurt your allies.
Burrow)
as an ultimate does, this makes you what you are.
however this means that any skill (other than armored shell) is null until level 6

but i think, hes a shark, sharks are known for SUDDEN BURSTS OF SPEED, but being generally slow the rest of the time.

because you have to learn the ulti first before you get to use the 2 skills.. that's silly..
and tell me what can counter burrow? a gem maybe? or what?
1st skill, damage reduction, too much, i mean it way way better than Necro's diffusion aura that is 36% and only takes effect at 300 AOE while your armored shell reduces all damage taken by a whopping 40%.. change it..
2nd skill, this is a good skill, quite sneaky but great. although, you can't use it until you have your ultimate learned, i think you don't need to give it a cooldown since you can only use it while you're under the ground and using it exposes you.. So with the cooldown of your ultimate at 20 secs, then this skill would have the exact cooldown time at 20 secs.. agree?
3rd skill, quite unexplained, so how much damage will you really deal? so at level 4, if my hero gets trapped and has 20 armor, that would deal like 80 damage? wahahaha.. too low for a high armor.. And wait, if the ground collapses then would that make the hero underground, therefore render it unattackable by other heroes? please make it clear. change this one..
Ultimate, yeah you increase your move speed, you have gained true sight.. but wait? casting time of 3 seconds? by that time the hero you're facing would've teleported somewhere else..
So i don't think there's a combo you can use with this hero except the surprise stun then attack attack attack, but that's all i see to this one..
you should change this hero or replace it..
