item is activatable unless stated as being a 'hero' item such as gem.As long as the unit has mana to use it,its activatable.i spend time making chickens with arcane and manta.

It's totally legal, but wasteful; although you can really have a good laugh at it if you succeed in killing your enemy with crow. Laughing

ive seen someone using techies doing this, they had a dragon on techies and a drgaon on crow, at level 13 he can kill any hero at that level , allmsot anyway

but if your ranged and you notice it? a free dragon!
