34, 21, 25 is still too high.
Lower it to 21, 13, 15 or something..

Okay, about the model.
The model as I remembered was a frost wyrm special unit, but he used to be a big blue dragon and was killed by Anub'arak and Arthas and turned into a frost wyrm. Who's that dragon again?

Now that the stats is fixed this hero is cool and balanced, except for his ulti and Dragon Carapace... they are way too powerful abilities.
