well actually, if your pro enough you can use it, which is ironic.

sny pwns, because maim stacks with MELEE LIFESTEAL (ok it overrides big whoop you miss ONE lifesteal) so its great for making permabashers into chasers.

Ok try this...Lycan with a skill build of stats and feral heart only. Combined with SnY, he'll have 1980 hp at lv13. Scary? Now, imagine that scary bastard chasing you with his ulti on...with that added movement and attack speeds and with the new recent buff...you better start praying to God once you see him chase you.

Well i do get 1 basher after Sny, I just love SnY on lycan. After that I'd go lifesteal but SnY is always my first priority with Lycan

SnY is good. Some heroes need different orb effects though, and some need totally different items.

For me S&Y is not a noob item. It helps much specially now that the dagger is no longer that usefull. Added ms is enough to separate you from the enemy. It comes down to considering this a core or a support item. To some like Barathrum it's their core but to some i like it as a support item. I would get it if i have the chance after i get my core item.

yes S&Y is one of the easy item 2 build and has the very effective result in the STR & AGI heroes ,you couldn't say it's a noob item
