Str: 32 + 3.5 | Agi: 15 + 1.3 | Int: 18 + 1.5
Damage: 56 - 58 | HP: 758 | Mana: 234
HP Regen: 1.21 | Mana Regen: 0.73
Attack Speed: 1.4 | Armor: 5
Caine was the first human that drunk the Elixir of Life after Nagash.He then became the first Vampire.The most bloodthirsty Vampire.He roamed the world seeking for followers and blood and therefore was named as Gorelord.However,some mages were able to seal him away for eons beyond count.Lich King broke the ancient seal and offered him a battlefield of blood.Of course he couldn't avoid Lich King's offer and now he hunts anything that has his precious ichor.His bloodlust is so strong that he has found many gory ways to claim it.
Gory Strike (R)
Caine fills his nails with his own blood by cutting himself in order to strike through his next victim and drain some of its vital fluid.When his blood is mixed with a pure blood,it makes it decay and is extremely painful until it is converted.If the unit dies with Caine's blood inside it,its body will explode.
Level 1 - Caine loses 5% of his life and fills his nails with his blood.His next strike will drain 3% of his victim's life.The opponent is maimed.His movement speed is slowed by 5% and and his attack speed by 10%.He will also lose 20 hp per second over 5 seconds.If the opponent dies by this effect its body will explode in 300 AoE dealing 100 damage.
Level 2 - Caine loses 10% of his life and fills his nails with his blood.His next strike will drain 5% of his victim's life.The opponent is maimed.His movement speed is slowed by 8% and and his attack speed by 20%.He will also lose 40 hp per second over 5 seconds.If the opponent dies by this effect its body will explode in 300 AoE dealing 175 damage.
Level 3 - Caine loses 15% of his life and fills his nails with his blood.His next strike will drain 7% of his victim's life.The opponent is maimed.His movement speed is slowed by 11% and and his attack speed by 30%.He will also lose 60 hp per second over 5 seconds.If the opponent dies by this effect its body will explode in 300 AoE dealing 250 damage.
Level 4 - Caine loses 20% of his current life and fills his nails with his blood.His next strike will drain 9% of his victim's current life.The opponent is maimed.His movement speed is slowed by 15% and and his attack speed by 40%.He will also lose 80 hp per second over 5 seconds.If the opponent dies by this effect its body will explode in 300 AoE dealing 325 damage.
When he drains life upon hitting he does not deal it in damage.He will deal in damage his normal attack. Cooldown starts after you deliver the strike. When you use this skill you must hit within 20 seconds

Cooldown: 7
Framework: His arms become red like ursa's enrage for 20 seconds or until he strikes.
Notes: Your killing and suiciding skill.
Gory Blink (B)
The Gorelord is able to move faster than light when he smells blood in order to reach his victim and maim it.
Level 1 - Deals 25 damage and maims.Can blink over 700 AoE.Can only be casted on opponents that their hp is below 50%.
Level 2 - Deals 50 damage and maims.Can blink over 800 AoE.Can only be casted on opponents that their hp is below 65%.
Level 3 - Deals 75 damage and maims.Can blink over 900 AoE.Can only be casted on opponents that their hp is below 80%.
Level 4 - Deals 100 damage and maims.Can blink over 1000 AoE.Can only be casted on opponents that their hp is below 100%.
Can not target allied units. Loses 4/6/8/10% hp to cast.The reductions of maim depend on the level of Gory Strike.

Cooldown: 30/20/10/5
Framework: Blinks and maims.
Notes: Your chaser skill.
Ichorheal (E)
Bloodious' lust is so huge that each time he touches blood,he heals his wounds.
Level 1 - Regenerates 0.75% of his max life with each hit.
Level 2 - Regenerates 1% of his max life with each hit.
Level 3 - Regenerates 1.25% of his max life with each hit.
Level 4 - Regenerates 1.5% of his max life with each hit.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Passive
Framework: Lifesteal Framework
Notes: Your surviving skill.
Aristocratic Blood (D)
Caine's vital essence is ancient which makes him extremely tough.Also as an ancient vampire,Caine has the ability to transform his intelligence into life so that he can survive through extreme circumstances.
Level 1 - Incoming damage arcane or not is reduced by 9%.Converts 25% of his mana into life.When this skill is added,Caine's mana is reduced by 25%.
Level 2 - Incoming damage arcane or not is reduced by 14%.Converts 50% of his mana into life.When this skill is added,Caine's mana is reduced by 50%.
Level 3 - Incoming damage arcane or not is reduced by 19%.Converts 75% of his mana into life.When this skill is added,Caine's mana is reduced by 75%.
Level 4 - Agahnim's Scepter-Incoming damage arcane or not is reduced by 24%.Converts all of his mana into life.When this skill is added,Caine has no mana.
Passive

Cooldown: N/A
Framework: A red aura under his model.
Notes: The best suitable for him tanking skill!
Changed his ultimate and stats hopping for more balance and approval.An add on the 2nd skill.

Ow, I have a plan to make a no mana hero and you take it.
Anyway, the 2nd skill seem a bit imba I think. 1000 range and maim! Just compare with blinkstrike and lose 5% of his hp isn't a problem with the lifesteal.
Umm, do you calculate how many hp and aspd at lvl 25?

Rather nasty hero. He also bears your signature overly-complex first skill. It seems pretty balanced, but Bard Man suggests changing his name to Caine. Not only does it sound better, but caine is the name of the first vampire.

Question about the ulti, does it reduce to 15 % or by 15% cos if it is as it states (to 15%) this skill is beyond imba. Think, a 1 k critting mortred will only do 150 damge (before armor reduction!) This skill is way to imba if the wording is correct... fix that and ill vote

I was sleepy and people had already posted similarly. Hell I'm sleepy now... Ok, start with the fact that just because he has no Int doesn't mean its ok to give him bogus Strength and Agility. Then you have two maiming skills, neither of which say how long the maim lasts, and both of which have tiny cooldowns. Then theres the uber-tanking skill where you have 29% cross between backtrack and counterhelix/return. Need I go on?

LOL!I say how long they last first lasts for 5 secs alongside damage and the other normally as s&y.I take too much life cross.Ulty is imba why?15% reduction is no match.29% you know what it means?void stuns me once/3 hits i avoid 1/stuns so why tell me?
