Havoc, as the name says, born with only one thing in mind, to bring forth destruction. He lives only to destroy what the Sentinel cherishes most, life. He joined the Scourge seeing the likeness in their goals. He is the storm thats
gonna come and swipe off all of those who goes against it.
Stormwalker:
This skill makes the hero resistant to slow, and at greater levels, resistant to some other things.
Level 1: Reduces slow duration by 25%, slow effect by 25%
Level 2: Reduces slow duration by 50%, slow effect by 50%
Level 3: Reduces damage received from lightning, water, ice, or wind type spells by 25%
Level 4: Reduces damage received from lightning, water, ice, or wind type spells by 50%
For example: For example, a normal slow of 30% for 2 seconds would only affect your hero by 15% for 1 second. A lightning damage or ice damage of 300 would only damage your hero by 150.
Meltdown:
Turning the ground into molten lava for 6 secs, causing anything that steps in it to burn and take damage, units also will be slowed. AOE decreases when level increases.
Level 1: Deals 15 damage per sec, 15% slow, 900 AOE
Level 2: Deals 30 damage per sec, 20% slow, 775 AOE
Level 3: Deals 45 damage per sec, 25% slow, 650 AOE
Level 4: Deals 60 damage per sec, 30% slow, 525 AOE
Mana Cost: 100/110/120/130
Cooldown: 15 secs
Notes: This skill is good for AOE combos.
Reverse Holocaust:
Setting own self to fire, but gaining health instead of damage, while burning anything that gets too close to it. Lasts for 9 secs
Level 1: Heals for 10 hit points per sec, 10 immolation damage per sec
Level 2: Heals for 20 hit points per sec, 20 immolation damage per sec
Level 1: Heals for 30 hit points per sec, 30 immolation damage per sec
Level 1: Heals for 40 hit points per sec, 40 immolation damage per sec
Mana Cost: 110/120/130/140
Cooldown: 25 secs
Notes: You gain health and you deal AOE damage at melee range.
Wrath Of The Storm:
Summons a huge cyclone engulfing a target, and lifting enemies in its border. The target is then struck several times by lightning. The enemies who got affected by the cyclone receieves minimal damage when they hit the ground.300 AOE. Casting time of 1 second. Everyone affected are disabled for the duration of the skill, although they are invulnerable to outside attacks. Skill lasts for 5 seconds.
Level 1: Deals 200 damage to target, deals 100 damage to enemies cycloned.
Level 2: Deals 400 damage to target, deals 200 damage to enemies cycloned.
Level 3: Deals 600 damage to target, deals 300 damage to enemies cycloned.
Mana Cost: 200/350/500
Cooldown: 100/90/80
Notes: This can be used for massive disables and can set up a combo right after the skill.
HERO EDITED:
Meltdown duration reduced.
Ultimate remade to Wrath of the Storm

his ultimate deals same damage to enemies in the circle, while dealing massive damage to the target at the center..
so its not quite like echo slam..

Bard Man doesn't even understand how Stormwalker would work.
Meltdown is very imba It deals 480 damage at max and slows. Yea, it's an AoE spell, but if you cast this on someone, it's kinda herd for them to get out. Lower the damage.
Reverse Holocaust is fine except for the cooldown. Raise it a little bit.
You don't know much about weather, do ya? The eye of a Tornado or a Hurricane is not the most violent part. The Eye of a storm is actually very calm. Take if from someone who's lived through two tornados. Excusing that, this skill is crappy and imba. Fact one: How would they have time to collide if it only lasts 2 seconds? Fact Two: If you were to cast this in a creep push and the heroes stuck around, they'd be in DEEP sh*t. Same goes for if you use it against summoner heroes like Dirge or Furion. This needs major changes.

Stormwalker, basically gives you magic damage reduction from those elements, which is ice, water, wind, and lightning. also reduces slow effects by 50% lets say, when you're hero has been hit by Spirit Lance which slows for 40%, instead of being slowed by 40% you'll only get slowed for 20% and the duration is cut by half.
Magina's 40% magic reduction is way better in the sense that it works against all kinds of magic.
Purist's repel can make him invulnerable to magic.
Darkterror's backtrack has 20% of avoiding the whole damage physical or magic
Meltdown, deals a total of 480 damage, if your hero is stupid enough to stay in the AOE.. ok, also creeps don't stop in an area unless they are attacking something.
Leshrac's Diabolic Edict will outdo more damage than this spell
Alchemist's Acid Spray deals 32 damage per sec for 16 secs, that's how much? 512 right? plus 6 armor reduction..
Sand King's Sand Storm deals 80 damage per sec for 80 seconds, turns him invisible, also has a revealing delay.
Reverse Holocaust, deals 360 damage and heals 360 HP total.
cooldown is 20 secs, 140 mana..
Purist's purification deals and heals the same amount, that's instant damage and heal, and can be casted to an ally, plus cooldown is what? 12 secs
Ion Shell deals 75 damage per sec for 15 secs, that hero has vacuum, has surge for speed, his ion shell cost 120 mana, every 15 secs, he's an int hero.
ULtimate: EYE OF THE STORM.. understand this, if i made the Storm's duration longer, how long would the PLAYERS be watching their heroes spin? Plus this storm/tornado, unlike your tornado has what? small AOE, so the vision of collision is possible. Since collision occurs at the end of the skill after all. So the hero at the eye takes damage at the end of the skill.
If i use it against summoners? that's like saying ECHO SLAM is not IMBA, that it deals same amount of great damage to ALL AFFECTED ENEMIES, plus the stun.
ECHO SLAM can easily make a triple kill, this skill does not. go that easy..

Ok, the skills seem good. But hey, 30 str and 15 int! His base hp should be 720 and his base mana 195. And 1.85 attack cooldown!

oh.. my mistake..

could someone teach me how??

Base hp : STR*19+150
Base mana : INT*13
Base hp regen : STR*0.03+0.25
Base mana regen : INT*0.04
For armor and attack cooldown is up to builder, but max armor is 6 and max attack cooldown is 1.5-1.6
