Yeah this is an amazing item. Sange and yasha dont give much damage either but it also pwns. Slow never is bad

Look your right skadi is not that effective, but combine with Assault cuirass or butterfly maybe that helps...

It is expensive (7050 gold), though worth every piece of farmed gold in my opinion. Let us list down its effects:

Gives:
+200 Hit Points, +150 Mana
+25 to All Attributes:
-375 HP and added regen
-3 armor and increased attack speed
-325 mana and increased regen
Passive: Frost Attack
-20% Attack Speed
-30% Run Speed
-very useful for chasing heroes down (Terrorblade)
-provides heroes with another killing/ slowing/ escape mechanism (Terrorblade, Warlock's Infernals, etc...)
2 Second Duration for ranged heroes, 3 seconds for melee heroes
Melee Eye of Skadi is an orb effect, and does not stack with orb effects; Ranged Eye of Skadi is NOT an orb effect, and stacks with some orb effects.

Nope, don't see anything stupid here, sorry.

EoS is not stupid, it's good on some people while not everyone needs it.

Expensive but helps in everything, not a core item for most heroes (90 heroes, over 45 of them technically don't need it), their are better items for each category (strength, agility, intelligence), and finally, the items value depends on the hero and the user.
