Jigsaw(the massacre puppet)
Range: 128 | Move Speed: 310
Primary: AGI
Str: 20 + 2.1 | Agi: 23 + 0.8 | Int: 17 + 2.8
Damage: 46 - 51 | HP: 520 | Mana: 190
HP Regen: 1.44| Mana Regen: 0.98
Attack Speed: | Armor: 5

Jigsaw is a mysterious killer that hungers for blood.

Skills:

Flesh Blood (B)
he will attack the targeted unit in sucking the blood of the unit. Channeling Spell.(lasts in 6 seconds)

Level 1 - 30 hit point drain per second.
Level 2 - 50 hit point drain per second.
Level 3 - 70 hit point drain per second.
Level 4 - 95 hit point drain per second.

Mana Cost: 60 mana
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Massacre (M)
as jigsaw going to massacre someone, he will gain 10 hp each enemy unit killed.

Level 1 - 50 units limit.
Level 2 - 70 units limit.
Level 3 - 90 units limit.
Level 4 - 110 units limit.

Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Jigsaw's Hunger
jigsaw really wants to seek for blood. Adds damage to jigsaw but he looses hp per second.

Level 1 - looses 2 hp per second, 10 added damage.
Level 2 - looses 4 hp per second, 30 added damage.
Level 3 - looses 6 hp per second, 50 added damage.
Level 4 - looses 8 hp per second, 70 added damage.

Mana Cost: 120 mana
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Ultimate Massacre
he goes very wild at this time. Adds attack speed, movement speed, and lifesteal.

Level 1 - 40% attack speed, 40% movement speed and 20% lifesteal.
Level 2 - 60% attack speed, 60% movement speed and 40% lifesteal.
Level 3 - 80% attack speed, 80% movement speed and 60% lifesteal.

Mana Cost: 150/170/190 mana
Cooldown: 100 seconds

How long is the duration of active skills?
And about massacre, add more hp or unit limit since lvl 4 it just add 220 hp.

Saw I/II/III/IV were all not horrible scary
and after the first one lacking plot.

as for the skills, why are all the mana costs in seconds?

what is the duration and a channel break distance on the first skill

your primary skill is AGI, and you have a 0.8 agi gain, and your skills are bordering on imba with a 2.8 int gain, AND this seems like an attack based hero
