Requirement: 5280
Ehrgeiz Scroll: 1000
Cranium Basher: 3220
Bracer: 510
Gloves Of Haste: 550

Gives:
+15 Strength
+50 Damage
+25% Attack Speed
+5 Agility
+5 Intelligence
Bash (Passive) 15% Chance for melee, 10% for range, stuns for 1.1 second, deals 25 additional damage
Energize (Passive) Each successful bash increases attack speed by 15% Change for melee, 10% for range capped at 120% increase..
Speed Increase lasts for 10 secs

how long does it last on that passive attack should not be for more than 10 seconds, if that. but yeah good addition to high attack speed heros like troll, razor etc. Good Job!

Hmm balanced. Neat. I think you should ditch the Int and Agility from the Bracer and maybe lower Strength some, I mean... few people realise that many items don't inhibit every single attribute that went into them... Hood has no Armor? Linkens doesn't add bonus damage? So that Bracer doesn't need to be fully emphasized whereas that largish core item, the Basher, should be and of course is clearly noticeable.

Again, balanced. For once nobody has taken the Basher and just said "20% to stun for 100 and 1.5 seconds" or some other imba retarded thing like that (those ones that make lvl1 Techies permabash as I recall saying).

15% atk spd increase is fair enough for that price..
