Magic Capote: 2000
Void Stone x2: 1800
Ring Of Basillus: 500

Gives:
+ 150% Mana Regen
+ 5 Armor
+ 10 Damage
Capote (Passive) Reduces mana costs of spells by 40%.

100% mana regen

u make it 2 then
200% mana regen

why it has only 150% mana regen??

like Hood Of Defiance.. where the armor plus goes away..

this time the extra mana regen goes to the passive skill..
Capote, 50% mana save is good enough plus that much regen..

Cuts mana costs of all spells in half, you can't be serious. Make the recipe cost 4k please. I say 75% or similar, 50% is way too good...

i can't...

i decreased the mana cost reduction by 40%.. i can't raise the value, coz 2K is already too high, only 1 scroll in dota costs that much, and that is Assault Cuirass..
and the only thing this item does is for spellcasters to spam spells... nothing more
