Requirements:
Mask of Madness (2000)
Javelin (1400)
Demon Edge (2600)
Recipe (1000)
Effects:
-20% Maximum HP
+15% chance to miss on attacks
-4 HP Regen
+10 Armor
Active: Removal
The legends regarding this mask say, that though the wearer is severely weakened while this mask is on thier face, when it is removed, that person gains great strength for a short time.
Effect
+100% Attack Speed
+50% damage
+20% lifesteal
+10% move speed
Duration: 30 seconds
Mana Cost: 250
Cooldown: 120 seconds
What do ya think, guys? Good? Bad? F*cked up? Or is it just plain dumb? TELL BARD MAN!

considering 100% attack speed and 50% damage.. that's way more than what Divine Rapier could offer..
Not to mention the lifesteal and MS added
Plus the active skill is another too high, maybe you should decrease the passive plus, and the active skill could be accepted..

@tr3ncht0wn: the boosts above are the mask's bask effects for having it. The effects below are what you get from it's active skill.

hmmm a novel idea. if it just gave the boosts it would be way too imba, but the fact that you are, as Shimrra_3 says, crippled for 90 seconds almost balances it out. almost.
you wont be able to farm if you get this early, and at late game you will be way behind everyone else, except for 30 sec bursts.
maybe on a support hero who wont kill much, until a gank comes, then activate and huge kills!
Maybe item should be dropped if you die? that would make it interesting...

Thats true i dont know if anyone would want it, unless they get their chicken to take it and let it cool down. then take it from the chicken and use its power, then give it back to chicken.
hmmm...do items cool down if you give it to ur chicken!?!?

well..
this item is not dumb, but nor is it great..
as was said by the others, heroes can't live with that much negative effect on them..
just the 20% damage and 20% hp reduction is high enough, then those others added..
i'd rather have the Active skill, without the negative passive effect.. just for that purpose alone, with no gives.. for that price of 7000k.. maybe down to 4000-5000k
