Celestial Blade (Sorry if this is a name all ready)

This sword was forged many melenia ago in a diffrent world.
Once belonging to a bard of great power he cast away after a battle in which he could not win.

Requirements:
Claymore-1400
Belt of Strength-450
Broadsword-1200
Total-3050
Grants:
Adds 6 strength
Adds +15 damage
Bards Tune(Active):Adds a 20% IAS bonus to all near by allied heros and decreases ms of enemy heroes by 5%.

Being my first item and all i figured i'd starty with a weapon from my favorite game Baulders Gate II Shadows of Amn.

Change Log:

10:50am 01/27/08-Made requirements of a claymore instead of mithrill hammer.Changed bash to +6 strength.And changed damage bonus to +15

immmmmmbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaa.

there are a few 'rules', among them is no basher items, because people ALWAY take it upon themselves to give it a better bash, which is imba, 20% bash for 3 FREAKIN SECONDS

ok you've made the change..

but who would want 20% more attack speed? really.. it's not too much..

i'd say the item is well balanced, the price is ok, the gives is ok.. but then who would build this?

in the 6 alloted slots, i don't think there's room for this.. unless you're such a team supporter.. with all the meks and vlads and cuirass..
