I believe Kael is INSANE.
He is a completely different type of Hero.
Sooo many different things you can do with him.
After playing one short game using Kael I cannot really think of a build...Because of his combinations of skills I believe it is hard to come up with just one definite build but it would be nice to have some base items that Kael should have.
I can only think of Skadi and BoT for his build.
Please post what you think about The Invoker and a possible item build.

You dont get stats with kael, you have 4 levels of ultimate and 7 for every other. Its extremely confusing, but each of your abilities are called instances, and u get to distribute them between them all. NOt sure how many you have. Not sure if u continually gain them, or have a set amount. one of them gives u .75 hp regen each instance, dont remember others, just small things. Then ur ulty will give you different spells based on what instances you have, one is an icewall, another gives any hero 160% extra attack speed for 5 sec, and there are lots more. No clear discription on how everything works exactly, so it will take a while to figure out how many spells you can have.(only 2 held at 1 time, but by switching instances you get different spells)

Oh, so that's why it's so hard to get used to him... Man, I can't wait to try him... So, the only spell you will ever cast is your ultimate? I don't know, all those small bonuses together could make for a really scary hero...

no ur ulti is not a spell u click it and u get a spell. you then use that spell you can have 2 spells at a time and there are a bunch possible to choose from

NO!!! KAEL IS iMBA!! I TELL YOU GUYS HE CAN KILL IN AN INSTANCE.. JUST BUY SHIVAS GUARD AND A GUINSOO.. I FORGOT THE NAME OF THE SKILL BUT ITS A ROLLING ROCK AND ANOTHER THAT MAKES THE ENEMIES BACK.. + HEX AND SHIVA.. WAAAH!! IMBA! HE CAN KILL WITH JUST A COMBO ALL AoE.

That's very likely... Just like when puck first came... Spaming his silence aoe thing (forgot name), and coming out from nowhere... Also, he dealt like 100 damage in level 10 or so... Then he got ferociously nerfed, so now he's average at best... (but still pawns!)

I played with him a bit more, and he can choose 3 of his first spells at once, like the number of the little balls floating above him. You can choose 3 of one, or distribute and get 1 of each. You can get a different spell for every possible combination. So 2 of first 1, then 1 of 2nd is a spell, and so on. this is just on the top of my head so i might be off, but i think there are 16 possible different spells! I think he will be the hardest hero to master yet with all of those spells to micro. Since theres no way you could use them all, there will be many, many different ways to play him.

OK I'M DONE FULL SKILL LIST OF KAEL
I did this just for those of you who asked
INVOKER
Str: 19 +1.4
Agi: 20 +1.9
Int: 22 +2.5
Attack Range : 600
MS: 280
His first 3 skills are active skills that all add to Invoker Passively..I don't know best way I can put it.
Quas
0.75 HP regen per level per instance.
Wex
2% AS and 1% MS per level per instance.
Exort
3dmg per level per instance.
Ok so basically what they mean by per level and per instance is that per level the skills get stronger by that much (ex: lvl 1 Exort is +3 dmg , lvl 2 Exort is +3+3 dmg...I think
)
Per instance is referring to the fact that you can use the each of the skills (Quas Wex Exort) a total of 3 times. You can use Exort 3 times or Wex 3 times or Quas 3 times. This stacks the skill (ex: Using lvl 1 Exort 3 times give you +3+3+3 dmg.) You can mix it up like 2 Quas and 1 Wex, or 2 Wex and 1 Quas, or 3 Exort, or 2 Exort 1 Quas but it has to be 3.
His ultimate Invoke is unique because it can be used at lvl 5. Also Invoke is not a skill by itself but allows you to create skills using your 3 elements Quas Wex and Exort.
Invoke
Combines properties of the elements currently being manipulated, creating a new spell at invokers disposal. The invoked spell is determined by the combination of Quas, Wex, and Exort.
lvls: 1/2/3/4
CD: 30/30/15/15
Mana: 20/40/60/80
Now for the skills that can be made with Invoke..Phew I had to copy all this by hand guys!
With 3 Wex
ALACRITY
Mana: 125
CD 20
Invoker infuses an ally (found out that alacrity can be used on yourself!) with an immense surge of energy increasing their attack speed to a maximum or 160% based on Wex for 5 seconds.
With 3 Exort
SUN STRIKE
Mana: 250
CD: 60
Sends a catastrophic ray of fiery energy from the sun at targeted location after a 1.7s delay. Incinerating all enemies standing beneath it. Deals 75-450 damage based on Exort which is spread over all energy nits within its 200 AOE.
With 3 Quas
COLD SNAP
Mana: 100
CD: 20
Invoker draws heat from an enemy chilling them to their very core for up to 6 seconds based on Quas. Any damage taken in this state will briefly stun them for 0.4 seconds and deal 30 damage. Triggers cooldown goes from 0.8 to 0.6 seconds based on Quas.
ok Now for the combinations
2 Quas 1 Exort
ICE WALL
Mana: 125
CD: 20
Generates a wall of solid ice directly in front of Invoker for up to 10 seconds. The bitter cold emanating from it greatly slows nearby enemies based on Quas and deals up to 30 damage each second based on Exort.
2 Wex 1 Exort
(Damn Forgot name will fix later xp)
Mana: 250
CD: 40
Invoker builds up a chase of electromagnetic energy at a targeted location which automatically detonates after 2-4 seconds based on Wex. The detonation covers a 700 area, dealing up to 300 damage based on Exort and drawing up to 400 mana based on Wex.
2 Exort 1 Quas
FORGE SPIRIT
Mana: 200
CD: 70
Invoker forges a spirit embodying the strength of fire and fortitude of ice. Attack range, damage and life is based on Exort while mana, duration, and armor is based on Quas. The elementals scorching attack is capable of melting the armor on enemy heroes by 1 each hit to a maximum of 10 for 5 seconds. By maxing Quas and Exort, Invoker is capable of creating 2 spirits instead of one.
2 Quas 1 Wex
GHOST WALK
Mana: 300
CD: 60
Invoker manipulates the ice and electrical energies around him rendering his body invisible. The elemental imbalance created as a consequence slows nearby enemies up to 40% based on Quas, and Invoker from 30% t0 0% based on Wex.
2 Exort 1 Wex
CHAOS METEOR
Mana: 200
CD: 30
Invoker pulls a flaming meteor from space onto the targeted location. Upon landing, the meteor rolls forward dealing up to 260 damage per sec based on Exort for up to 1550 range based on Wex. Deals mino residual damage to units that get hit.
1 Quas 2 Wex
TORNADO
Mana: (Wow forgot this one too.)
CD: 25
Unleashes a fast moving tornado that picks up enemy units in its path suspending them helplessly in the air shortly before allowing them to plummet to their doom. Deals 375 damage based on Wex and Quas with distance up to 3100 based on Wex. Holds enemies in the air for up to 2.2 seconds based on Quas.
1 Quas 1 Wex 1 Exort
DEAFENING BLAST
Mana: 200
CD: 25
Invoker unleashes a mighty sonic wave in front of him, dealing up to 280 damage to any enemy it collides with based on Exort. The sheer impact from the blast is enough to knock those enemy units back for a maximum of 1.75 seconds based on Quas, in addition to preventing their attacks for a further 1-4 seconds based on Wex.
When they say up to they mean that the higher level your Quas, Wex, and Exort is the stronger the skill.
Invoker has no stats + so he has 7 levels of each Quas, Wex, and Exort and 4 levels of Invoke.

the skill you forgot the name, if i recall correctly, it is EMP (or something like that)
let me give a little review on this
i have tested it and it was awesome, almost too imba.
but this is already quite good because of the ultra high manacost
needed for those spells so we can't spam it too much.
think, if you get a tornado + rolling-lava-ball meteor.
THE TORNADO IS MAKING ANYONE IN ITS PATH FLY AND TAKE 300 DAMAGE
and upon landing,
THE METEOR WILL DEAL HUGE DAMAGE IN THE AREA
come on man, tornado itself can wipe out a whole creepwave.
and if you use refresher, the spell can be done twice in a row
so there will be a total of 4.4 seconds spinning in the air.
and another thing, tornado, if you cast it from your mid tower,
IT WILL WALK DOWN UNTIL THE ENEMY'S SECOND TOWER
duh sakit banget deh klo kena.
sun strike, you can target anywhere on the map (if i'm not mistaken)
but this skill is quite hard to use
ice wall, it is a mass slow because anyone
who's trying to pass the block of ice will be UBERSLOWED
so the conclusion,
invoker is :quite: imba.
let's play -wtf. i'll pick kael =D lol (no zeus/spectre
please =P)

* Eclipse's damage is based on Lucent Beam level and doesn't ministun
* Lucent Beam ministun duration increases per level (0.6 level 4 up from a constant 0.01)
now they nerfed luna
