If fictional animals are alright with you, I would be a Tigrex from Monster Hunter

A terror known to live in the desert and hunt in the mountains, the Tigrex is quite the force to be reckoned with. Though this creature is a wyvern, it is unique in the way that it has a striking resemblance with the elder dragons in its aggression and size.

If I will be an animal, I want to be a kind of animal that cannot experience danger and hard to die.

An Eagle might be the first option.
