Passive
+4 more hp gained from each strength.

Total 2840

+12 to all attributes
+12 agility
Passive
+.5% more Attack Speed gained from each agility.

Annulus's Relic

Null Talisman x4 1940
Recipe 1000
Total 2940

+12 to all attributes
+12 to intelligence
Passive
+4 more mana gained from each intelligence.

Note : Only 1 may be chosen for each hero. I.E. you cannot have both dreadnaught's and gheist's.

Each would be a staple item for their primary attribute.

Things like, The Bracer one can't be used by Pudge, the Int one can't be used by obsidian... otherwise that's broken for those heroes.

I thought about obsidian, but i don't see where pudge would benefit anymore than centaur.

Because Pudge gains strength without a cap. He could, theoretically, gain an infinite amount of health from this item. Thus the theoretical infinitey-ness of it is broken.

Theoretically that is a rediculously low percent and would never happen in a non-pug game. Pudge would benefit greatly through this item, but I don;t think it would be broken. Obsidian however would not be able to use this item, like a little tool-tip on the screen.

I have a plan. Make them non-stacking. Only one per hero TOTAL between the three. Cool idea.
