Grown up along-side the elementals in the immortal lands, the one thing Travis strives to achieve is to master the three elements of devotion aura. Since Travis is living with the paladins and elementals in the immortal lands, Travis is forced to come to the mortal lands of the Defense of the Ancients, where the Sentinal and Scourge flourish in battle. With his great hammer, Travis can survive with the auras that are given to him by the paladins. Under the gods of the Norse, Odin, Loki and Thor, Travis has the power of lighting, evil and a fearful hammer.
Seal of Darkness (E)
Travis obtains a seal of darkness that gives a deathly aura. When this aura is casted on Travis, each time Travis strikes his mighty hammer has impacted on the enemy, the force is so severe that it deals momentum damage to other opponents. Each wave of damage is 50 damage.
Level 1 – 10% of the time, Travis strikes the opponent, dealing 1 wave in an AoE of 200.
Level 2 – 15% of the time, Travis strikes the opponent, dealing 2 waves in an AoE of 300.
Level 3 – 20% of the time, Travis strikes the opponent, dealing 3 waves in an AoE of 400.
Level 4 – 25% of the time, Travis strikes the opponent, dealing 4 waves in an AoE of 500.
Framework: Like Centaurs hoof stomp, but instead of a white wave, it is a dark wave.

Passive
Holy Protection Aura (R)
Because of Travis’s elemental gift, he is given an aura to help him in his battles.
Level 1 – Travis is given 20% armor of his base armor, and decreasing attack speed by 40% to all creeps in an AoE of 500. Travis is given 1 hitpoint regeneration per second.
Level 2 – Travis is given 40% armor of his base armor, and decreasing attack speed by 30% to all creeps in an AoE of 450. Travis is given 1.5 hitpoint regeneration per second.
Level 3 – Travis is given 60% armor of his base armor, and decreasing attack speed by 20% to all creeps in an AoE of 400. Travis is given 2 hitpoint regeneration per second.
Level 4 – Travis is given 80% armor of his base armor, and decreasing attack speed by 10% to all creeps in an AoE of 300. Travis is given 2.5 hitpoint regeneration per second.
Framework: Like Sven’s protection aura effect, and a red orb swirling around the creeps effected, like Kael’s Exort.

Passive
Devotion of gathering (T)
In the clouds above, the paladins and the elementals had a very close bond to Travis, and in the department of Travis, he obtained a devotion that will bond with other people he will meet in the mortal world.
Level 1 – For each creep in an AoE of 500, his damage will increase by 3.
Level 2 – For each creep in an AoE of 600, his damage will increase by 5.
Level 3 – For each creep in an AoE of 700, his damage will increase by 7.
Level 4 – For each creep in an AoE of 800, his damage will increase by 10.
Framework: His hammer starts to glow red in the presence of a creep.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Passive
Elemental Fission (F)
The elementals in the lands of the immortals have long known that the paladins have given many powers. In return, the elementals have given them a fearsome power.
Level 1 – Deals 410 damage.
Level 2 – Deals 780 damage.
Level 3 – Deals 1010 damage.
With Scepter – Deals 1450 damage.
Note: The spell may be interrupted, if a creep or something gets in the way of the orb, ending up dead and not targeted to the hero. (This explains the ridiculous damage)
The spell goes at 350 movement speed, so run!
Framework: Travis lets out a powerful glowing orb, cracking the land and causing a large fission. The elemental power cannot go through obstacles such as trees, and creeps will take damage if done.
Mana Cost: 300/450/600 (this balances the skill’s damage)
Cooldown: 120 seconds.

well, i don't mean to offend you, just the idea of having too many passive skills seems kinda boring or dull for me that is..
i'd accept the 1st passive skill and the 3rd passive skill..
the 2nd passive skill sorta looks like DK's blood, only a bit complicated. Slow aura for creeps is not important anyway.
Ultimate, deals huge damage, but you said if it collides with another object it then would be gone. So it only deals damage to a single enemy unit?
1000 damage at level 3, acceptable, 1450 with Scepter, acceptable.. Since I think no one would bother making Scepter for a hero who only needs mana for a single spell and nothing else, try to put this into consideration. Unlike Lucifer's scepter, which he has 4 active skills, your hero doesn't benefit at all with the scepter thing. Plus give your ultimate a range.. for it might reach the enemy base.
BTW, if it moves at 350, anyone can outrun it and dodge it.
