Screen Warp Problem

Need help on a problem

I don't if any of you had this problem but my mouse keep jumping the screens when I'm scrolling the mouse over the area. I thought it was my mouse but when I used the keyboard to scroll the area at a certain degree it warps to the edge of the map.

I've tried everything from chnging the scroll setting for the game & tried reducing the mouse sensivity but it doesn't work.

Anyone who had the same problem & have a solution please advise. Thanks

Nvm I managed to solve part of the problem.it doesn't fix all the problem but it lessen the degree of it. I just play the campaign map for a while & when I tried dota back it increase the distance before it starting to warp.
