gives

+65 Run Speed
+35% Attack Speed
+10 Selected Attribute

Activated (90 mana, 25 sec cooldown)
Blink (200-1000 range and gives you wind walk for 2 sec)

Doubleposted and stolen/recycled. Fail more. Ohh it has Treads instead of BoT and now gives you a miniature WIND WALK as well, what the hell.

well the new blink dagger is balanced(not reliable) so this item will be a lot useful
