Dream Skills

You know how there's a Dream Heroes and Dream Items section? Well I would suggest a Dream Skill section. It would be awesome and it could create curious discussion. It also might lead to skill ideas. It could also be a reference for future hero ideas or dream heroes.
Just tell me what you think about it.

actually a hero idea consist of 4 skill ideas so i think it is not needed to make just a page for 1 skill build
